AEW has announced three matches for AEW Rampage Grand Slam 2023 episode on September 22, 2023, including a ROH six-man Title match and an AEW trio title match.

The Gates of Agony (Kaun and Toa Liona) and Brian Cage will defend their title against The Hung Bucks (Hangman Page, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson) on September 22 episode of AEW Rampage.

The Mogul Embassy issued a challenge to Adam Page, Matt Jackson, and Nick Jackson for a trio’s match. This challenge came in response to The Young Bucks coming to Hangman Page’s aid during an attack on the September 13 episode of AEW Dynamite.

In a backstage segment, The Young Bucks and Adam Page responded to the challenge on the September 16 episode of AEW Collision. Instead of facing a team with Swerve Strickland, they decided to take on The Gates of Agony (Kaun and Toa Liona) and Brian Cage for the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Titles.

Billy Gunn and The Acclaimed (Max Caster and Anthony Bowens) are also set for the September 22 episode of AEW Rampage, where they will defend their AEW Trios title against The Dark Order (Evil Uno, Alex Reynolds, and John Silver). During the September 16 episode of AEW Collision, John Silver defeated Anthony Bowens.

Hook and Orange Cassidy are also set for the event, where they will face Angelo Parker and Matt Menard in a tag team match. The match was set during a backstage segment, where both teams had a confrontation that ultimately led to the match being arranged.

AEW Rampage Grand Slam 2023 is set to take place on September 22, 2023, from Arthur Ashe Stadium in Queens, New York. A tag team bout is also set where Sting and Darby Allin will face Cage and Luchasaurus.
