UFC 287 Commentary Team & Broadcast Plans
UFC is set to present the UFC 287 PPV event this Saturday, which will feature Alex Pereira vs Israel Adesanya 2 in the main event. This event will also mark Dustin Poirier’s debut as a desk analyst.
As always, numerous on-air talents will be present at the event to guide the viewers through their experience. Below are the broadcast team and plans for UFC 287.
Broadcast Team
The main card of UFC 287 streams on pay-per-views and will also air on ESPN+ for residents in the US. The early prelims will start at 6 PM ET followed by the televised prelims at 8 PM ET, whereas the main card is scheduled to begin at 10 PM ET.
Desk Analyst
Michael Eaves will serve as host and desk anchor at UFC 287. He will be joined by the renowned coach Din Thomas and current lightweight prospect Dustin Poirier as desk analysts. It will be the first time Poirier will serve as a desk analyst.
In-Ring Announcer
The most famous octagon announcer in the history of the UFC, Bruce Buffer, will introduce the fighters before their respective fights at UFC 287.
Roving Reporter
Longtime UFC correspondent Megan Olivi will once again serve as the roving reporter and will conduct pre and post-fight interviews along with providing real-time updates on the event.
Cageside Commentators
Jon Anik will be the leading man on the mic at UFC 287. UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier and color commentator Joe Rogan will join him to command play-by-play.
