CountDown to UFC 286
The countdown to UFC 286 video highlights UFC’s recent Fight Night events at the O2 Arena. It calls the headliner trilogy bout between Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards at UFC 286 as the biggest fight in UK MMA history. We see a recap of their first two bouts. We see how Edwards and his team planned for that head kick that knocked out Usman at UFC 278. Usman says he outstriked and outwrestled Edwards in both their fights but will accept his mistake and will try to iron it out and make it look easy.
Edwards’ team goes to his mom’s restaurant in Birmingham. Edwards recalls the tough upbringing in Jamaica and how his dad was killed due to being involved in drugs and crimes. Next, we see Usman’s investments into MMA in Nigeria with his African Knockout promotion and trying to create an infrastructure for MMA in Africa. He then returned to Colarado to get into a fight camp as a title contender for the first time since 2019. Usman was called up for daddy duty for dad and daughter dance competition.

Episode 1 of UFC 286 embedded series features Leon Edwards’ coach telling us he is training even more confidently after becoming the champion. Rafael Fiziev goes sightseeing in London. We also see teammates Kamaru Usman and Justin Gaethje shopping in London. Usman tries to get Gaethje onboard to let him dress Gaethje up. We also see Rafael Fiziev heading back to the gym while Usman and Gaethje also train in London.

In Embedded episode 2 for UFC 286, we see Leon Edwards getting steam bath for his recovery. Marvin Vettori comes to London for his preparations. Rafael Fiziev continues his training in London while Kamaru Usman and Justin Gaethje watch their fights against Edwards and Michael Chandler.

Usman also meets his Black Panther Wakanda Forever co-star Michaela Cole.
