Paul Craig vs Caio Borralho Added to UFC 301 Card in Brazil
Another Brazilian name is added to UFC 301 as Caio Borralho is expected to face Paul Craig at the event.
The fight was first reported by Ag Fight on January 16 to be in work. Several other platforms have now reported that the bout is expected for UFC 301 now.
Both men are currently ranked in top 15 in UFC middleweight rankings. Craig takes the #12 spot while Borralho completes the rankings at #15.
Craig made a transition to middleweight division last year when he faced Andre Muniz in a winning effort at UFC London Fight Night in July 2023. He was also part of UFC’s last event in Brazil in Sao Paulo where he lost to Brendan Allen.
Borralho is currently unbeaten in MMA with 5 wins in UFC. In 2023, he defeated Michał Oleksiejczuk and Abus Magomedov.
UFC 301 PPV is reported to take place in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, on May 4, 2024. Joaquim Silva vs Drakkar Klose lightweight bout is also reported for the event along with a flyweight bout between Alessandro Costa and Kevin Borjas. Keep tuned in for more updates.
