Jared Cannonier and Roman Dolidze have reportedly agreed to fight at UFC Fight Night 233 event on December 2.

According to the report from Marc Raimondi, Cannonier and Dolidze are set to clash in a middleweight bout on UFC’s December 2 event.

Jarred Cannonier is currently ranked at #4 in UFC middleweight rankings while Roman Dolidze is ranked at #7.

Jared Cannonier is currently on a two-fight winning streak. In his most recent bout at UFC Vegas 75, he faced Marvin Vettori and secured a victory via unanimous decision. Prior to the Vettori fight, Cannonier defeated Sean Strickland. It’s worth noting that Cannonier has participated in just one match in the year 2023.

Roman Dolidze had a scheduled bout at UFC 295 against Derek Brunson, but unfortunately, the fight was canceled due to Brunson’s withdrawal. Prior to the cancellation, Dolidze suffered a loss to Marvin Vettori at UFC 286.

UFC Fight Night 233 event is set to take place on December 2, 2023, but as of now, neither the venue nor the location has been decided. A women’s bantamweight bout is also set for the event Miesha Tate will face Julia Avila.

The main event bout is also not clear at this point, but Cannonier vs Dolidze being a ranked middleweight fight, it remains the leading contender for being main event.
