Craig Jones vs Luke Rockhold’s fight is set for Israel Fight Night 1 event.
Craig Jones announced the match through his Instagram post, revealing that he and Rockhold are scheduled to face off in a heavyweight grappling bout at Israel Fight Night 1 event.
BJJ Fighter Craig Jones recently defeated Felipe Pena at UFC Fight Pass Invitational 4 main event, where he won by decision by having the fastest escape time in the EBI Overtime. Jones has won four fights and lost one in his five recent grappling bouts.
Luke Rockhold is presently experiencing a five-fight losing streak, with three of those losses occurring within the UFC. Rockhold’s recent bout was against Mike Perry at BKFC 41 event, where he lost by TKO. He also lost a grappling match at Polaris 12 event in 2019.
Israel Fight Night 1 event is scheduled for September 21, 2023, at the Paris Arena in Jerusalem, Israel. A featherweight bout is set for the main event, where Noad Lahat will face Albert Morales.
A kickboxing match is also scheduled for the main card of the event, featuring Johnny Case and Loay Sakas in a lightweight bout.
