One of the former UFC Mexican Champions, Brandon Moreno is set to feature on UFC Mexico Fight Night event.
Moreno, former flyweight champion, is expected to face Amir Albazi are scheduled to face off at UFC Fight Night event on February 24, 2024, in the co-main event.
ESPN’s Carlos Legaspi was the first reported to reveal this bout on his podcast three days ago. Eurosport’s Marcel Dorff confirmed that the deal is now signed.

This loss put an end to Moreno’s two-fight winning streak. Prior to the fight against Pantoja, Moreno secured a victory against Deiveson Figueiredo at UFC 283. As of now, Moreno’s UFC record stands at 9 wins, 4 losses, and 2 draws.
Amir Albazi is currently on a six-fight winning streak, with five of those wins coming from his performances in UFC. His most recent bout was at UFC Vegas 74, where he secured a victory over Kai Kara-France via split decision. Prior to the fight against France, Albazi emerged victorious in a bout against Alessandro Costa.
UFC Fight Night event scheduled for February 24, 2024, is designated to take place in Mexico. However, the specific venue for the event has not been confirmed. A flyweight bout is also set for the event, where Edgar Chairez will face Daniel Lacerda.
