Welcome to ITNWWE’s live results coverage for WWE RAW on November 27, 2023, live from Nashville, TN.

CM Punk will be appearing on RAW after his return to the promotion on Saturday. What will he say in his first RAW appearance in 10 years? Will World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins interrupt him?

Randy Orton is also set for an appearance after 1 and a half year. Bronson Reed will face Ivar in a singles match. Women’s tag team titles will be on the line as Chelsea Green & Piper Niven face Natalya & Tegan Nox. 6 teams will battle for #1 contender spot for men’s tag team titles. The match will include DIY, New Day, Alpha Academy, Imperium, The Creed Brothers and Indus Sher.

We see a recap of Survivor Series which ends with CM Punk’s return footage. After this, RAW’s new theme hits featuring pictures of several of the stars on the show.

Randy Orton Returns!

Randy Orton comes out to the ring and makes his grand entrance. Orton takes the mic and clears that he is back and will be here as long as possible. He welcomes us to Monday Night RAW. “Welcome back” chants from the crowd when he brings up how he was gone. When he was gone, it gave him a chance to review what he had accomplished. But, one particular thing that he did not do was to compete in War Games match. So, he had no hesitation to come in when Cody called.

Another reason he came back was to get even with the Bloodline. He talks about how The Bloodline put him on the shelf, and every member of The Bloodline will have a receipt coming. And it will come in the form of 3 most dangerous words in the whole of sports entertainment – RKO.

Rhea Ripley comes out to the ring. She asks him how it was teaming with one of the person who put him on the shelf, and have his return upstaged. Rhea wants to inform Randy that the landscape has changed now – The Bloodline has fallen, and Judgment Day is dominating. She terms War Games as a blip, but they are dipped in gold with several titles with them and Damian Priest will become World Heavyweight Champion. Rhea says Randy should stop worrying about The Bloodline as they finish the job unlike The Bloodline.

Randy says he has been following the product while he was gone, and every week its Rhea, Rhea, Rhea, mami this, mami that.. But Daddy is back now. A lot of things have changed since he was gone, but one thing that has not changed is that nobody tells Randy what to do.

Rhea tells him that she tried to warn him, but now Randy has made them his enemy. Dominik Mysterio and JD McDonagh attack Randy from behind. Randy fights back easily and sends them into the corner. He ends up hitting RKO on JD who already had a neck brace on. Randy takes the mic and tells Dominik that he will go and get a match sanctioned between them from Adam Pearce.


New Day, The Creed Brothers and Alpha Academy are backstage discussing the tag team turmoil. Akira Tozawa will team up with Otis tonight. Maxxine Dupri and Ivy Nile comes in and brings in rapper Jelly Roll with them. Jelly Roll do belly bumps with Otis. R-Truth comes in searching for Jelly Roll the candy. He tells Tozawa to hit his Jelly Roll dance, which everyone says is nasty.

Tag Team Turmoil

DIY(Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) vs Alpha Academy(Otis & Akira Tozawa)

Ciampa starts against Tozawa with a side headlock. They run the ropes for some quick action, but Tozawa blocks a White Noise. Gargano comes for some double team to allow Ciampa to drop with a clothesline. Gargano hits a big boot, but Tozawa counters a crossbody with double knees. Otis tags in and tackles both opponents multiple times. He hits back elbows and corner splashes. He looks for caterpillar and Tozawa joins him to do the move in tandem. Tozawa tags in and looks to jump off Otis’ shoulders. DIY hit double dropkick to trip Otis. Tozawa also falls down. Otis is sent to the floor and Tozawa is hit with DIY for the pinfall and elimination. DIY eliminated Alpha Academy.

DIY(Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) vs Indus Sher(Veer & Sanga)

DIY attack Indus Sher on the apron but their control is short lived. They dominate the match with slams and tackles with some good pace. Gargano avoids a corner splash from Veer and rolls him up to get the pinfall. DIY eliminated Indus Sher.

DIY(Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) vs The Creed Brothers(Julius Creed & Brutus Creed)

Julius starts with a body slam on Ciampa. Brutus tags in for more slams. Ciampa counters when Julius tags in. Gargano tags in and works against both men with running tackles, enzuigiris and bulldogs. Brutus avoids him in the corner but Gargano hits a slingshot spear for a near fall. Ciampa tags in for double team on Brutus. Julius comes in and sends Gargano to the floor. The Creed Brothers hit a double underhook & Thesz Press combo on Ciampa. Gargano breaks the pin.

Julius and Ciampa trade shots. Gargano tags in and hits an enzuirigi. Ciampa hits a boot. They go for DIY again but Brutus tackles Ciampa away. Julius picks up Gargano to drop him to the mat. The Creed Brothers double team to hit Brutus Fall to get the pinfall. The Creed Brothers eliminated DIY.

The Creed Brothers(Julius Creed & Brutus Creed) vs New Day(Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods)

New Day make a quick start with several moves in succession to take control of the match for the first minute. Julius hits a back elbow on Kofi but Woods hits a drop toe hold. Kofi hits a splash on Julius’ back to get a close two-count. Kofi keeps Julius in control. Julius shows brute strenght to deadlift Kofi and hit a powerslam. Brutus and Woods get the tag. Brutus blocks a superkick and hits a suplex. He pulls Woods up from the apron over the ropes to hit another suplex. Julius comes in to hit a body slam. Brutus hits a standing shooting star press.

Woods fights out of a double team to hit a DDT on Brutus. Kofi tags in for a backbreaker and double leg stomp combo on Brutus. Julius breaks the pin. Woods and Julius are dumped to the floor. Brutus ducks Trouble in Paradise and tags in Julius, who gets Kofi up. Woods comes in but Julius tackles him with Kofi. Brutus hits a moonsault on Woods on the floor. The Creed Brothers hit Brutus Fall to get the pinfall. The Creed Brothers eliminated New Day.

The Creed Brothers(Julius Creed & Brutus Creed) vs Imperium(Giovanni Vinci & Ludwig Kaiser)

Double team work from Imperium against tired out Creed Brothers. Kaiser takes Brutus to the floor and throws him into the announce table. Vinci hits a crossbody on Julius in the ring. A double team slam on Julius, but Brutus breaks the pin. Brutus and Kaiser are legal now. Brutus tackles Kaiser to the floor. Brutus beats up Vinci. Kaiser hits a chop block from behind. Kaiser stomps on Brutus for a while before hitting a big uppercut. Vinci hits a backbreaker next. Brutus breaks free from a vice grip and they drop each other with big boot. Julius tags in and throws around both opponents with belly-to-belly suplexes. He hits a double suplex next.

Julius throws Vinci out of the ring and kicks out of a roll up from Kaiser. He counters Kaiser to hit a gutwrench powerbomb. The Creed Brothers go for the Brutus Fall again but Vinci trips Brutus from the top. Julius is sent to the floor, but he comes back and jumps off Kaiser’s back to get on the top rope where Vinci is standing. Brutus counters with a slam on Kaiser. Julius hits a superplex on Vinci. Vinci is hit with The Brutus Fall for the pinfall.

Judgment Day are backstage with Rhea Ripley talking to Dominik about his match against Randy Orton tonight. Priest is sulking in one corner. Finn Balor comes in and says The Creed Brothers are a big threat. Priest says the group should say what they have been feeling out loud that he let them down at War Games after appointing himself the leader. Rhea tells him that it is not the case and they are a family. All of them assure Priest not to worry.

What’s Next for Cody Rhodes?

Cody Rhodes comes out to the ring. He brings up their win at War Games and names all of the members of his team. He brings up how Randy Orton came through for him. He says Randy has given him so many memories, and gave him one more when he threw Damian Priest to him to hit Crossrhodes to get the pinfall in his dad’s match. Cody then brings up the return of CM Punk and welcomes him back.

With all the news going around, he wants to give us some news as well. Cody announces himself for Royal Rumble 2024. Suddenly, the lights go down with just spotlight on Cody. Shinsuke Nakamura’s promo airs on the big screen who asks Cody to set him free to evolve. He wants Cody to bring all the chaos to him. As the lights come up, Nakamura is behind Cody. Nakamura spits red mist on Cody as he turns. Nakamura takes a bow after this and leaves the ring. Some referees run in to check on Cody.

Bronson Reed vs Ivar

They start with big shots on each other. Reed ends this sequence with a Thesz press to drop Ivar. Ivar comes back with a big slam himself. Reed hits a suplex. Ivar rolls to the floor. Valhalla pushes him away from the ringside. Reed stares down Valhalla, which gives Ivar a chance to trip Reed off the apron. Ivar hits a crossbody against the apron to take us to a break.

Ivar hits a corner splash before some vicious back elbow and more bigs shots in the corner. Reed blocks a back heel kick to trip Ivar. Reed hits a crossbody before a slam to get a two-count. Ivar hits a tilt-a-whirl powerslam to get a two-count. Ivar misses a moonsault from the top rope. Reed then goes to the top rope, but Valhalla causes a distraction. Reed gets down to the mat as the referee boots Valhalla to the back.

Ivar has recovered though and hits a tackle. Reed rolls to the floor. He catches Ivar’s dive but can’t hit a slam. Reed instead throws Ivar into the timekeeper’s area. The referee has already reached 7 count against them both. Ivar gets up on the barricade. Reed trips him. Reed hits a Death Valley driver into the barricade. The referee has counted them out.

They fight into the crowd after Ivar gets up. Some security personnel come in to separate them. Adam Pearce also comes in, but they are not listening to anyone. They start taking out the security as collateral. Ivar hits a senton to take down Reed along with some security.


Earlier today, Zoey Stark and Shayna Baszler were discussing Stark’s loss to Rhea Ripley at Survivor Series. Nia Jax comes in mocking them and claims that she would tear up the division. Shayna asks her to shut up or else someone will break her arm to put her on the shelf. Stark challenges her for a match.


We get a video package featuring some fans reaction and media reports regarding CM Punk’s return. WWE announces Punk’s return as the biggest social media moment in WWE, most liked Twitter video and having more than 71 million views across the web.


R-Truth is in Judgment Day’s clubhouse with Jelly Roll. They are upset at R-Truth for spoiling the room with sugar and cream. R-Truth does some comedy asking about War Games match and trying to cheer them up with the return of Randy Orton. JD McDonagh says he will take care of R-Truth.

Nia Jax vs Zoey Stark

Zoey starts with quick moves, but is unable to hurt Nia too much. Zoey gets to the apron and Nia takes over the control of the match with a big shot. She hits a body slam on Zoey in the ring to get a two-count. Nia tells the crowd to shut up when they get behind Zoey. Zoey manages to send her to the floor and hits a crossbody. We cut to a break.

Nia has a lock on. Zoey breaks free but gets cut off with a back elbow. She tries to counter but Nia slings her into the turnbuckle. Nia hits some corner taclles but misses a running tackle to crash into the ringpost. Zoey hits a corkscrew moonsault to get a two-count. Nia recovers quickly to attack her in the corner. Nia gets to the second rope but Zoey hits a thrust kick to her legs to trip her. Zoey rolls her up to get a near fall. Zoey hits more superkicks. She gets up to the top rope but Nia trips her. Nia hits a Samoan Drop, a senton, and an annihilator to get the pinfall.

Seth Rollins’ Next Challenger!

Seth Rollins comes out to the ring before the break. The crowd is singing for him, but soon CM Punk chants take over. Rollins tells the CM Punk fans to get it all out of their system as he is not gonna waste his time on talking about a hypocrite. He would instead talk about World Heavyweight Championship which he has made the most important title in the last 6 months. The crowd is back to singing for Rollins now.

Drew McIntyre’s music hits and he comes out. Drew takes the mic and says it has been crazy 48 hours and people have been talking about them for what happened outside of the ring, but they know it is more important what about happened inside the ring. Drew congratulates Rollins on winning War Games match. They shake hands. Drew says he is going to put Jey Uso on the backburner, and focus on the most important thing, which is World Heavyweight Championship. Drew asks for a rematch.

Seth says they fought at Crown Jewel and he already told him before the match that if he lost, only he would be the reason for it. Drew agrees to that point, but says he got sympathy seeing Rollins in pain when he dropped him on the apron. But when Seth slapped him, all that sympathy is gone and he wants the title now. Seth says he always liked the honesty from Drew, and he also believes that he deserves a rematch. But, there are a couple of more deserving individuals waiting for a title shot.

Seth announces that he will defend the title next week on RAW. Drew asks him who is the challenger. Seth gets a bit uncomfortable before telling Drew that it is Jey Uso. Drew drops Seth with a headbutt. He continues to beat up Seth. That headbutt has left a cut mark and some blood on his forehead. Jey Uso runs out to make the save. Seth and Jey work together to force Drew to withdraw from the ring.


Backstage, Sami Zayn crosses Drew McIntyre and rants on him for attacking Seth when he can’t beat him in the ring. Sami talks about losing to The Bloodline, losing the World title to Rollins and other similarities in their career, but he does not go down attacking people like Drew. Drew agrees to some points, but then goes on to say that he would go and talk to Adam Pearce about a match against…. Sami Zayn. Sami stares him down as the segment comes to an end.

Chelsea Green & Piper Niven(c) vs Natalya & Tegan Nox – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

Natalya gets a takedown from behind as the match starts. Chelsea gets an arm wringer on, but Natalya quickly counters and hits a discuss lairat. Natalya goes for a sharpshooter but Chelsea slips away to tag in Piper. Natalya decks Piper and tags in Tegan who hits a stunner and a running knee. Natalya tags in to hit a crossbody from the top rope to take us to a break.

Piper has Natalya under control as we return. Chelsea tags in and Natalya fights back. She pulls Green off to deliver a powerbomb, then tags in Tegan. Nox hits big rights, slams Chelsea to the mat and lands a running uppercut. Chelsea slaps him back. Tegan hits a headbutt to send her to the floor. Tegan follows up with a 450-splash.

Chelsea goes for the Unprettier when they return to the ring. They get to the floor again and Chelsea goes for a crossbody. Natalya and Tegan catch her and send her crashing into the barricade with a double suplex. Piper runs over both women with a cannonball from the apron. Piper tags in and hits a running crossbody on Tegan to get the pinfall.

Jey Uso meets Randy Orton backstage to thank him for helping them out in War Games match. He apologizes for his work in The Bloodline. Randy tells him that he is cool with him if Cody and Sami trust him. Randy says he will get the receipts from The Bloodline, but if Jey is really out of the Bloodline, he has no problem with him. They hug to end the segment.


Becky Lynch gets interviewed backstage and says she is sore after WarGames. She then says there are a couple of fights on the horizon, but one is more pressing than the other. She walks off without explaining anything.

Randy Orton vs Dominik Mysterio

They lock up and Randy pushes Dominik to the corner. The referee calls for the break, but Dominik lands a cheap shot. Dominik runs the ropes but Randy cuts him off. Dominik rolls to the floor to regroup. JD McDonagh is on the floor in Dominik’s corner. Randy lands punches shots on Dominik when he returns. Randy hits a back body drop to take us to a break.

Randy is in control as we return. Dominik lands on his feet on the floor and sends Randy into the steel steps. Back to the ring, Dominik puts on a chinlock. Randy gets to his feet. Dominik sends him to the corner. Randy explodes out of the corner with a clothesline and follows up with a powerslam. Randy hits a draping DDT. He gets ready for RKO, but JD pulls Dominik out of the ring. JD starts to argue with Jelly Roll who is in the front row. Jelly Roll shoves him back. Dominik gets in his face and Jelly Roll shoves him too.

Randy then drops Dominik on top of the announce table. The crowd chants one more time, and Randy obliges by dropping Dominik on the table again. They get back to the ring. JD comes to the apron now. Randy hits him with a draping DDT. Dominik hits a dropkick to set up and hits Randy with 619. He goes for the frog splash, but nobody is home. Randy hits RKO to get the pinfall.

The camera zooms to backstage where a locker room has CM Punk plate on it. The show cuts to the last commercial.

CM Punk Returns

CM Punks makes his entrance after the break with Cult of Personality hitting the speakers. Punk starts by saying that hell froze over. This is him standing in a WWE ring. He makes a NFL reference saying how a Blackhawks fan is being cheered in Tennesse. He says he has been thinking about how to describe how he is feeling now that he is back in WWE. He has changed which sounds corny but it’s true. “I’m home,” says Punk.

The fans get behind him. Punks says it’s been over ten years and the WWE Universe never forgot him. He says it’s powerful – the voiceless found their voice and he heard them and that’s why he’s back because he loves and misses us all. CM Punk says a wise man once told him for him to get everything he needs out of this place, he has to leave and come back. He hates to admit it but the wise man was right.

Punk says he has recieved nothing but in front of the camera and behind it. He also brings up AJ Lee and says she has been doing well and has sent her regards. Punk goes back to talking about how almost everybody has welcomed him, but some people are afraid of what they don’t understand and what is true. Everything he always wanted is here.

He credits the locker room to competing day in, day out to be the best in the world, but The Best in the World hasn’t been here for 10 years. Some people are going to have to come to terms with the fact that in this ring, on this microphone and even on commentary, the best in the world is back and his name is CM Punk. Cult of Personality starts again before Punk yells at the camera one more time that he is back. The show goes off the air.
