Rey Mysterio has worked in ECW and WCW prior to becoming a legend in WWE. Mysterio over the course of his career has held WWE’s World Heavyweight Championship, the WWE Championship, WCW/WWE Cruiserweight Championship, WCW World Tag Team Championship, WCW Cruiserweight Tag Team Championship, WWC World Junior Heavyweight Championship, WWE Tag Team Championship, and WWE Intercontinental Championship. He is also the twenty-first WWE Triple Crown Champion and the winner of the 2006 Royal Rumble match. He is considered the greatest cruiserweight in pro wrestling history. #5 Rey Mysterio vs Shawn Michaels, RAW, 14 November 2005
This was just one day after Rey Mysterio’s close friend Eddie Guerrero died. This episode of RAW was dedicated to Eddie and we saw many Interbrand special matches on the show. Rey Mysterio was in the SmackDown Brand at the time and faced Shawn Micheals from RAW. Both men wore Eddie T-shirts to the ring. Micheals avoided two 619 and Rey also returned the favor by avoiding a Sweet Chin Music from Micheals. However, Rey was finally able to finish the match by hitting his trio of moves in
#4 Rey Mysterio vs Eddie Guerrero, Wrestle Mania 21, 2005
This was an unusual match where the tag team champions faced each other. Their feud would start later but until this point, their relationship was shown amicable. The match was full of typical Mysterio’s high flying moves. At the beginning of the match, Mysterio knocked Guerrero down jumping over the top rope. Guerrero, then, placed Mysterio into the Three Amigos and attempted a Frog Splash but was unsuccessful. After hitting a 619, Mysterio attempted the west coast pop but Guerrero countered it into a Powerbomb. Mysterio, however, followed it with a Hurricanrana and rolled Guerrero for the pin and the win. After the match, both men shook hands in the ring.

#3 Rey Mysterio vs The Miz, WWE Championship Match, RAW, 25 July 2011
Rey Mysterio got the opportunity for the vacant WWE Championship against The Miz after CM Punk left the company after winning the Championship Match against John Cena one week ago at Money in the Bank. The entire RAW roster was shown watching the match on TV screen backstage. In a back and forth match where both wrestlers put on a great show, Miz battered Mysterio with some fine moves. After Rey kicked out of a near fall after a slingshot powerbomb, Miz handed him upside down at the turnbuckle and went for the running knee. Rey, however,
Alberto Del Rio came out after the match to cash in Money in the Bank but he Rey took him out with a Plancha to send him away. Later that, he lost the championship to John Cena to oversee one of the shortest
#2 Royal Rumble 2006
Rey was the no. 2 entrant in the Rumble and made his entry copying Eddie Guerrero’s car entrance and paying his respects for his close friend. He lasted for a record 62 minutes in the ring and was the second wrestler to win the Royal Rumble from no. 2
#1 Rey Mysterio vs Randy Orton and Kurt Angle, Triple Threat Match, World Heavyweight Championship, Wrestle Mania 2006
After winning the Royal Rumble 2006, Rey decided to challenge Kurt Angle for World Heavyweight Championship at WM 22. But Randy Orton, who was last to be eliminated by Rey in the Royal Rumble Match challenged Rey by saying that he can’t beat him in a normal match and mocked Guerrero. Rey accepted the challenge as Orton continued to insult Guerrero. At No Way Out event, Orton defeated Rey to gain his spot for WM but SmackDown manager Theodore Long was disgusted by Orton’s action and added Rey to the Wrestle Mania match. At Wrestle Mania, Rey countered an Angle Slam to send Kurt Angle outside the ring. Then he hit a 619 on Randy Orton followed by a scissor takedown. As Rey covered Orton, Kurt Angle was late to broke the pin and Rey won the match. Rey went on to celebrate his victory with Vickie Guerrero and Chavo Guerrero.
