Ricky Starks & Big Bill Become AEW Tag Team Champions on AEW Collision October 7
Ricky Stark and Big Bill won the AEW World Tag Team titles on October 7, 2023, episode of AEW Collision by defeating FTR
During this week’s Collision episode, Stark and Bill were set to challenge FTR for AEW World Tag Team Championship. This match was arranged Starks secured a pinfall victory over Wheeler in an All-Star Eight-man tag team match on September 30 episode of AEW Collision.
Stark and Bill completely dominated FTR during the match. The match concluded with Big Bill executing a chokeslam on Cash Wheeler, sending him crashing through a table and effectively removing him from the match.

This allowed Starks to tag in and spear Dax Harwood to get the pinfall and winning the tag team titles. Stark and Bill secured victory over FTR in a relatively short match, with the match lasting 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler) captured the Tag Team titles on the April 5 episode of AEW Dynamite when they defeated The Gunns. They recently defended their titles at the AEW WrestleDream 2023 PPV event by defeating Aussie Open. FTR’s championship reign had spanned over 180 days.
