SmackDown Tag Team Title Match Announced for Stomping Grounds 2019

WWE announced a SmackDown Tag Team Championship match for this Sunday’s Stomping Grounds 2019 as Daniel Bryan and Erick Rowan will defend against Heavy Machinery.

The Hardy Boyz had to relinquish the title after an injury to Jeff Hardy. Daniel Bryan and Rowan won the SmackDown Tag Team Titles in the match against the Usos for the vacant title last month. Ever since, Heavy Machinery had eyes on the gold and challenged Bryan and Rowan.

The match was announced this week on SmackDown before Heavy Machinery faced the B-Team(Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas). Bryan and Rowan did the commentary as Heavy Machinery squashed B-Team. Bryan was able to put over Heavy Machinery but asked them to more serious in their approach.
