Rumor: Robert Roode Return to WWE RAW Tonight?
WWE RAW Wrestler Robert Roode is rumored to return to WWE RAW very soon.
Twitter Handle WrestleVotes has tweeted that Roode is set to return to WWE RAW in the coming weeks. The handle also speculated that Roode’s return could be slated of tonight’s episode of WWE RAW.
Roode has been away from WWE TV since Elimination Chamber PPV. He has been in his hometown in Canada all this while and was unable to travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Roode was earlier part of WWE SmackDown roster. But he was shifted to WWE RAW in June this year.
It will be interesting to see what kind of storyline Robert Roode ends up with. The tag team division on RAW is bare and definitely needs some credible challengers for the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Street Profits. Former RAW Tag champs Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode could start a storyline with them right after Clash of Champions.
However, RAW also has a lack of top heels apart from Hurt Business and Randy Orton. If WWE Champion Drew McIntyre retains the title at WWE Clash of Champions PPV, he will need some more heels to face then.
