According to the latest reports, WWE officials sent Jeff Hardy back to his home this past weekend.

Jeff Hardy worked on Saturday’s live event but he didn’t appear on the live event on Sunday that took place at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. According to a report by PWInsider, Hardy missed the event because he was apparently sent home by WWE officials.

Jeff Hardy teamed up with Xavier Woods and Drew McIntyre at Saturday’s live event at Edinburg. They faced The Bloodline in a tag-team match. As the match went on, Hardy became more and more sluggish.

He soon made a tag to Mcintyre and then he went into the crowd and didn’t return, not even to celebrate their team’s victory. On Sunday’s event, Rey Mysterio replaced Jeff Hardy.

However, there are still no words on why Hardy disappeared before the completion of the match and why he was sent home by the officials.

Jeff Hardy appeared on WWE TV in the latest episode of WWE SmackDown. He along with McIntyre interrupted the Happy talk segment of Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin.

After that, WWE announced that the team of Drew McIntyre and Jeff Hardy would face Madcap Moss and Happy Corbin in the upcoming episode of SmackDown.
