Jack Swagger Makes Pro-Wrestling Return with AEW Dynamite

Dave Meltzer is claiming that Jack Hager could not wrestle for All Elite Wrestling till his next MMA on 25 October.

Jack Hager made a surprising return to pro-wrestling at the debut episode of AEW Dynamite. Since then, he has aligned with Chris Jericho in his stable, “The Inner Circle.” Till now, Hager has only been involved in brawls and in interrupting Jericho’s matches.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hager’s agreement with AEW states he cannot wrestle in the AEW ring until after his fight for Bellator to avoid the risk of injury. His next match for the Bellator is against Anthony Garrett on 25 October 2019 at the Moegan Sun Casino.

It was earlier revealed that Hagger is currently scheduling his training from Thursday to Monday. This allows him to work on AEW Dynamite for Wednesdays. Hager is also said to be receiving time off on Saturdays when AEW holds a PPV event on the day.

Currently, there are no matches announced for Hager in AEW. Maybe the promotion is also waiting until he comes out of his next fight. And then, his future schedule can be decided, depending upon his condition coming out of the match against Anthony Garrett.

Hager has won both his MMA fights till now in under 2 and a half minutes. Both times, he has forced his opponent to submit with a triangle choke.
