The American Dragon Bryan Danielson defeated Miro in the finals of the World Title Eliminator tournament to become the new #1 contender for the AEW World Championship.

The match started off with Danielson looking for a handshake but Miro simply decided to ignore him. Miro dominated most of the match but in the end, he fell a bit short even after putting Bryan Danielson in his signature move Game Over two times.

Bryan Danielson got the victory by hitting a DDT from the top rope and then choking him out with a Guillotine choke. Everyone’s aware that Miro has a weak neck and Bryan Danielson just took advantage of it.

Miro replaced Jon Moxley who entered the alcohol treatment program in the semi-finals. He defeated Orange Cassidy to enter the finals of the World Title Eliminator tournament.

On the other hand, Danielson defeated Dustin Rhodes and Eddie Kingston to book his spot in the finals. Now, he is the new #1 contender for AEW World Championship and will face the winner of Kenny Omega vs Hangman Adam Page in near future.
