AEW Dynamite Results March 15, 2023, Live Updates
Welcome to the live results blog for AEW Dynamite March 15, 2023 episode which will be airing from Winnipeg, Canada.
AEW World Champion MJF is set for his re-bar mitzvah on his 27th birthday. 3 title matches are set for the show as Orange Cassidy defends the newly renamed AEW International Championship against the veteran Jeff Jarrett. Jade Cargill has issued an open challenge for the best of Canadian wrestlers to try and take TBS Women’s Championship from her.
Two of the great wrestlers from Winnipeg in Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega will challenge for AEW Trios Championship against House of Black. Jericho will team up with his JAS mates Sammy Guevara and Daniel Garcia. Omega will team up with his usual partners in crime – The Young Bucks.
Another trios match will see Hangman Adam Page, Evil Uno and Stu Grayson facing Blackpool Combat Club. We will see the debut episode of QTV where QT Marshall will reveal who broke into Wardlow’s car. We will also hear from The Outcasts trio of Saraya, Toni Storm & Ruby Soho.

RESULTS
- Blackpool Combat Club(Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta) defeated Hangman Adam Page, Evil Uno & Stu Grayson in a tag team match via submission.
- Jade Cargill(c) defeated Nichole Mathews in a singles match via pinfall to retain AEW TBS Women’s Championship.
- Orange Cassidy(c) defeated Jeff Jarrett in a singles match via pinfall to retain AEW International Championship.
- House of Black(Malakai Black, Buddy Mathews & Brody King)(c) defeated The Elite(Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) and Jericho Appreciation Society(Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia) in a three-way tag team match via pinfall to retain AEW World Trios Championship.
LIVE UPDATES
MJF’s Re-Bar Mitzvah
MJF makes his entrance with confetti taking over the re-bar mitzvah. MJF starts by taking shots at Bret Hart. He explains that he is having this re-bar mitzvah because he defeated the best wrestler in the world in Bryan Danielson. He is no longer a man but an iron man. Celebration party comes out and MJF dances with them. Jungle Boy comes out to interrupt the celebrations. Sammy Guevara comes out before Jungle Boy could say anything.
Darby Allin is the next to come out. MJF finally loses it and asks to cut the music. He asks them what they want. They all say that they want a title match at the same time. MJF says that was super cute. Jack Perry shuts him up and and recalls their first encounter at Double or Nothing 2020 where MJF walked away as the winner. Perry says he was resigned to Dark where MJF never appeared, and he did not even appear at Rampage.
MJF says this company revolves around him. Sammy cuts him off now. Sammy says he has to grind 10 years in indie wrestling to get to here. And finally when he got here, he was told that he was supposed to be the fall guy for Inner Circle. It was his hard work that got him here. Sammy says that he is the best ever and will prove it. MJF starts to take shots at him until Darby Allin interrupts him. He recalls leaving film school and becoming a pro-wrestler. Allin says AEW is the only place which allows him to be himself.
MJF says enough is enough and says while they are the 4 pillars of AEW, he has beaten all 3 of them in singles competition and they do not deserve any title shot. A brawl breaks out and MJF is thrown over his cake to end the segment.
Hangman Adam Page, Evil Uno & Stu Grayson vs Blackpool Combat Club(Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta)
Grayson tags out to Page and land big shots on Yuta and Claudio. He hits a fallaway slam on Yuta before a dive on Claudio on the floor. He drops Yuta with a lariat. He hits a powerbomb on Yuta before Evil Uno hits him with a Swanton bomb.
They trade shots before Page drops Mox. He gets onto the apron for buckshot lariat but Yuta hits him with a timekeeper’s bell. Stu and Uno are angry and start to brawl with Mox and Claudio. Stu and Uno come out of the top with a series of combination moves. Mox kicks out after a splash from the top. Stu and Uno hits a double-team finisher on Mox but Yuta breaks the pin. BCC takes over and put Mox puts Stu in a rear naked choke to get the submission.
Winner – Blackpool Combat Club
After the match, Moxley keeps the lock on Stu. Uno kicks at Mox to break but the BCC trio continues to beat them up. John Silver and Alex Reynolds run out and force them to run away.
We hear from Juice Robinson who says he attacked Ricky Starks because he was getting all the attention. Juice says Starks can not do anything about his attack last week.

Jade Cargill(c) vs Nichole Mathews- AEW TBS Women’s Championship
Jade gets a local 17 years veteran. Jade shoves at her. Nichole hits her with punches but Jade replies with a pump kick. Jade hits the Jaded to get the pinfall.
Winner – Jade Cargill
After the match, Renee Paquette comes into the ring to interview Jade. Jade intimidates her and pushes her into the corner. Jade asks if that is the best Canada has to offer. Taya Valkyrie’s music hits and she makes her AEW debut. She faces off with Jade. Jade gets out from the ring and Liela Gray tries to get into it with Taya. Taya hits her with the Jaded.
Ricky Starks gets interviewed backstage. Starks says he deserves the attention and asks what has Juice done to get the attention. He says if Juice has a issue with him, he can bring it. And if he wants to get Bullet Club into this, he is also welcome to bring it.
We see the QTV segment where QT Marshall assures that they will keep the journalistic integrity. He shows the footage of a masked man breaking into Wardlow’s car and reveals he did it. He has also stolen Wardlow’s passport. So, Wardlow can’t be in Canada this week.
Orange Cassidy(c) vs Jeff Jarrett – AEW International Championship
Jarrett starts with a hip toss. He does his strut before hitting an armdrag. Jarrett continues to mock Cassidy. Cassidy misses the Orange Punch. He pushes Jarrett on the ropes and Jarrett hands there. Jarrett picks his leg but Cassidy blocks figure four. Jarrett hits a back body drop and Cassidy damages his knee. Jarrett continues to mock him with lazy kicks. Cassidy gets enraged and hits with big chops. Cassidy slams his face into the top turnbuckle multiple times. Jarrett knocks off Cassidy off the apron as we cut to a break.
Cassidy is down on the floor holding his knee. Satnam throws him back into the ring. Jarrett kicks at the knee before sweeping it. He puts on a sharpshooter now. Cassidy forces his way out of it and puts on the sharpshooter himself. Jarrett reaches the ropes. Jarrett puts on a sleeper hold now. Cassidy goes to fade away for a while before he bridges up and hits a jawbreaker to break free.
Sonjay Dutt distracts the referee and Satnam whips Cassidy’s face into the ropes. Jarrett hits Cassidy with a kneebreaker before he puts on a figure four. Cassidy breaks free with some punches. They trade uppercuts and hooks. Jarrett ends up pushing Cassidy into the referee. Jarrett’s guitar is slide into the ring but the referee Audrey Edwards comes into the ring to stop that.
Cassidy rolls up Jarrett for a two-count. Jarrett argues with the referee now. Satnam takes away the guitar from Cassidy. Audrey catches him and boots him from the ringside. Cassidy drops Jarrett now. The original referee gets up. Jay Lethal hits Cassidy with the Golden Globe trophy but he kicks out of the pin. Cassidy still kicks out of the pin. Cassidy’s leg gives up when he goes for Orange punch. Trent Baretta comes out to take care of Lethal. Cassidy blocks the Strobe and hits Orange punch to get the pinfall.
Winner – Orange Cassidy
The Outcasts come out and have a rant of a promo. Toni Storm says she held the interim title with a smile for 2 months but the fans cheered when Hayter cheated to win it. Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter run out to start a brawl. The Outcasts have the numbers with them. Willow Nightingale, Skye Blue and Riho run out to force the Outcasts away.
House of Black(Malakai Black, Buddy Mathews & Brody King)(c) vs The Elite(Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) vs Jericho Appreciation Society(Chris Jericho, Sammy Guevara & Daniel Garcia) – AEW World Trios Championship
Sammy starts with a big chop on Brody, who no-sells it. Brody kicks Sammy away. Garcia tags in and chops Brody to no effect. Garcia tags Sammy back. Sammy tries to tag in The Elite but they get off the apron. Malakai tags in and so does Jericho. Omega takes a blind tag and gets into the ring to have a face-off with Jericho. House of Black attack them before they can have any action. Other teams also gets in to start a brawl. We cut to a break.
House of Black are in control over Jericho. Jericho counters against Malakai Black and tags in Sammy for a double shoulder tackle. Jericho Appreciation Society pose in the ring before continuing to work on Black. Nick takes a blind tag off them. House of Black take over control against Nick. Nick hits an enzuigiri on Mathews to break free and tags in Omega.
Omega hits a crossbody on Mathews before hitting Polish Hammers on Black and Brody. He hits a rolling Death Valley driver and a moonsault on Mathews. Mathews counters and tags in Jericho. Omega and Jericho have another face-off. House of Black try to interrupt them again but they work together to send them to the floor. Omega and Jericho brawl for a while before Omega hits a knee strike on Jericho.
The match breaks down as everyone starts to get involved with big moves. Omega ends the sequence with a snap dragon suplex on Mathews. Jericho puts Omega in the Walls of Jericho. The Bucks break it up with a superkick party. They continue to nail superkicks on everyone getting into the ring. Brody King drops The Bucks with a double clothesline. We cut to another break.
Omege and Jericho are trading chops as we return. Jericho nails a series of elbow shots to send Omega to the apron. Omega ducks a springboard move on the apron to send Jericho to the floor. Omega hits a suicide dive on Jericho on the floor. House of Black block Omega from returing to the ring. The Young Bucks hit them with superkicks. Garcia hits a superplex on Matt while Sammy hits a Spanish Fly on Nick.
Brody goes to the top. Omega and Jericho fight him off. Omega ends up hitting him with a V-trigger on the top. Omega and Jericho bring down Brody with a superplex. Jericho hits Codebreaker on Omega for a near fall. We see a brawl has broken out between Blackpool Combat Club and Dark Order backstage. Omega lands a V-Trigger on Jericho. Matt hits Locomotive suplexes on Sammy after they tag in. Garcia come in and gets dropped. Jericho blocks Meltzer driver and Sammy hits Nick with a splash from the top. Mathews breaks the pin.
House of Black hit tandem attacks on Sammy and Garcia. They dare Jericho to get into the ring. Jericho tries to take them on by himself. HOB hit Jericho with Dante’s Inferno but Omega breaks the pin. Jericho hits Brody with his baseball bat. Sammy hits a crossbody on The Elite on the floor. Brody kicks out of the pin though. Garcia tags in and House of Black ping pong him with kicks before Black drops him with Black Mass to get the pinfall.
Winner – House of Black
After the match, Jake Hager comes out and attacks House of Black. A brawl beaks out. Hangman Page, Dark Order and Blackpool Combat Club also come out brawling. Page gets into the ring and dates BCC to take him on. BCC trio back off when The Elite stand behind Page. Page does not realize it though until he turns back and see them. The show goes off the air.
