AEW Dynamite episode of July 10, 2024, was live from Calagary, Canada and featured Bryan Danielson vs Hangman Adam Page in the final of Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Mariah May and Willow Nightingale clashed in the final of women’s Owen Hart Cup. Tune in below for the results.

RESULTS

Will Ospreay came out to the ring and addresses MJF’s attack on Daniel Garcia as disgraceful. Ospreay said MJF tried to pin it on the fans but MJF attacked Garcia out of jealousy that Garcia was surpassing him. Ospreay said MJF was jealous of him for several reasons. He added that MJF would rather had got a “AEW – All About Myself” tattoo than “AEW – Bet On Yourself” tattoo that he had on his calf. MJF’s music hit but he did not come out. He appeared on the screen instead and says everyone who felt they were top guys went on to fall beneath him. He says he would face Ospreay next week for International title.

Bryan Danielson defeated Hangman Adam Page in the final of men’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Page hit Danielson with piledrivers twice which led to Danielson selling a concussion. Danielson then ended up knocking out the referee when Page ducked a Busaika Knee. Special enforcer Jeff Jarrett then took over the referee duties. The finish came when Danielson countered crossface with a pin attempt to get the three count.

Martha Hart came out to hand Danielson the Owen Hart Cup and belt. AEW World Champion Swerve Strickland closed the segment.

Swerve cut a promo after the break to say that he held a grudge against Danielson for pinning him earlier. He had harsh words for EVPs The Young Bucks. He announced that he would be part of Team AEW in Blood & Guts match. He also challenged Kazuchika Okada for a match next week.

A new diss track from the Acclaimed and Billy Gunn aired.

Chris Jericho defeated Samoa Joe in Stampede Street Fight. The doctor stopped the match after Jericho drove Joe through a drywall using a forklift.

PAC defeated Kyle Fletcher, Claudio Castagnoli & Tomohiro Ishii in a fatal 4-way Global Glory match. PAC forced Fletcher to tap out using Brutalizer.

Hangman Adam Page went past Renee Paquette who chased him for an interview and demanded respect. Page ignored her and knocked on The Young Bucks’ door. Kazuchika Okada came out and asked him what he wanted. The Young Bucks came out and Page told them that he would do it, and left immediately.

Mercedes Mone came out for Double Championship Toast. She thanked The Young Bucks for extra security so that no one could interrupt her. She said Britt Baker would not get a chance to face her at All In. Baker came out, fought through security and entered the ring. But, Mone had run into the crowd by then.

Back from the break, we see Darby Allin had attacked Brandon Cutler. He called out Jack Perry for a match at Dynamite 250 episode next week.

Mariah May defeated Willow Nightingale in the final of women’s Owen Hart Foundation Tournament. Kriss Statlander hit Willow with a kick on the ropes which was followed by a ripcord knee from May, but Willow kicked out. Willow worked her way back into the match to hit a cannonball. However, May countered a Death Valley Driver with a roll-up to get the pinfall.

After the match, Toni Storm joined May in celebration. They were hopping their way to the stage where the tournament belt was. May attacked Toni on the stage with the belt. She split her open using her shoe.
