AEW Dynamite episode of October 23, 2021, will continue the World Title Eliminator tournament. The episode will air from the Addition Financial Arena, Orlando, FL.

A total of three matches have been announced so far. Bryan Danielson will face Dustin Rhodes, and Lance Archer will go one-on-one against Eddie Kingston in the first round of the World Title Eliminator tournament. Malakai Black vs Code Rhodes III will also take place at the October 23 episode of AEW Dynamite.

Bryan Danielson vs Dustin Rhodes: The American Dragon, Bryan Danielson will face Dustin Rhodes in the first round of the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament. Will Bryan Danielson be able to advance in the tournament or will Dustin Rhodes stop his momentum?

Lance Archer vs Eddie Kingston: The second match of the World Title Eliminator tournament will take place between Eddie Kingston and Lance Archer. Both of them already cleared that they wouldn’t wrestle they would fight each other to win the tournament.

Cody Rhodes vs Malakai Black III: The rivalry between Cody Rhodes and Malakai Black will reach the next level when they face each other for the third time at the upcoming episode of AEW Dynamite. Will Cody Rhodes be able to deliver Malakai Black his very first AEW loss?

TBS Tournament: The TBS Women’s Title tournament will kick off with Penelope Ford vs Ruby Soho match.

Jungle Boy vs Brandon Cutler: Cutler took a beating from Jungle boy last week and was also choked out with a snear trap. This week, Cutler will have a chance for revenge as he face Jack Perry in a singles match.

Bryan Danielson vs Dustin Rhodes – AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament Match

The AEW World title eliminator match is opening the show. Dustin hits a shoulder block and Bryan hits a hip toss to start. Bryan works on the ribs. grapevines Dustin’s legs for a deathlock before taking Dustin in bow and arrow. Bryan hits a few body shots. Dustin ends up on the floor and counters a suicide dive. Dustin hits a rolling senton from the apron. Bryan catches him with a low dropkick.

Back and forth match continues with both men coming out with big moves. Bryan goes for a running knee, but Dustin counters it with a lariat. Dustin hits a piledriver for a near fall. Bryan hits a knee strike countering a suplex attempt. Bryan puts on a flying guillotine and Dustin fades out.

Winner – Bryan Danielson

Kenny Omega is backstage as he addresses Dark Order’s tag match next week on Dynamite. Omega tells Hangman Page that if people really knew him like he did, people wouldn’t be chanting “cowboy s**t”, but they would chant “coward s**t.”

We get a pre-taped promo from FTR and Tully Blanchard. They are happy with the AAA Tag Titles, but they need the AEW Tag Titles to prove they are the best. They mention how they lost the tag titles at Full Gear last year. Penta and Alex Abrahantes send a message to FTR and they will show that they can play dirty too. Dax Harwood says wait until Fear Gear for that.

MJF & Sting

Tony Schiavone is in the ring ready to welcome Sting for an update on Darby Allin. MJF interrupts them and says he is not here to start a fight because the last thing he wants to do is to embarrass Sting. MJF says Darby is not coming back. MJF notes that Sting is never around whenever someone is with him like his old friend Lex Luger. Sting hits him with a lariat.

The Pinnacle run in, and Sting fights them off. Shawn Spears hits a chair shot, but Sting no-sells it. Wardlow comes in to attack Sting. The Pinnacle beat Sting down, and Spears hits a chair shot at Sting’s spine. Spears sets up the chair for MJF in the ring. MJF sits over Sting and says he knows Darby is watching and sends him message. Sting gets back to his feet after a while and MJF hits him with a right hand with the Dynamite Diamond Ring.

Penelope Ford vs Ruby Soho – TBS Tournament Match

Penelope attacks Ruby before the bell rings. Ruby hits a shoulder tackle as the match starts . Ford uses her hair slam her. Ford with some attack in the corner. Ruby comes back with running boot and big forearms. they end up on the apron and trade strike. The Bunny comes out and runs a distraction for Ford to hit Ruby with a big boot on the apron. Ruby crashes into the ringpost as we cut to the break.

Ruby hits a backdrop suplex as we return. Ruby hits big chops and a big knee strike. A thrust kick and an enziguiri follows. A running boot gets Ruby a two-count. Ford comes with a cutter(RKO) out of nowhere. Ruby counters Boston Crab with a roll-up.

A side Russian Leg Sweep in the corner from Ruby but she had to roll through a splash. Ford hits a gutbuster for a near fall. Ford tries to use the brass knuckles but the referee throws them away. Ruby catches her with a roll-up for the pin.

Winner – Ruby Soho

Red Velvet comes out to even the odds as Ruby gets surrounded by Bunny and Ford.

Bobby Fish vs Anthony Greene

Fish hits a big body shot to start. Green hits a corkscrew crossbody. Fish kicks at his knee and hits a senton for a two-count. Fish works on Greene in the corner. Fish hits the last ride kick for the win.

Winner – Bobby Fish

After the match, Fish continues to attack Greene. CM Punk runs out to the ring and Fish gets out of the ring. Punk checks on Greene as Fish heads to the back.

Tony Schiavone is backstage with Lio Rush and Dante Martin. Lio Rush continues to poison Dante Martin as he wants to be a good mentor to him. Rush takes a shot at Matt Sydal, and Dante defends Sydal saying that Sydal is best in the world. Rush replies that Dante is the best in the world, and he wants to help him show that. Rush says he knows he’s better than Matt Sydal, and he asked TK for a tag match against The Sydal Brothers next week. Dante does not look happy with it.

Lance Archer vs Eddie Kingston – AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament Match

Eddie Kingston attacks Archer while he was entering. Archer slams him into the barricade. He picks a fan from the front row and body slams him on Eddie. Archer takes Eddie to the ring to start the match. Archer hits running elbow strikes. He follows with a chop. Eddie rakes his eyes but Archer hits more chops.

Archer goes for the blackout but Eddie counters with a sleeper. Archer comes out of the hold and hits a lariat to take us to the break.

Archer hits a body slam as we return. He slips from the second rope for a splash. Archer invites punches from Eddie. Archer continues to be in control. Archer stomps Eddie’s face into the turnbuckle. Archer misses a moonsault and has to roll to the floor. Doctor is checking on him. He chooses to continue and return to the ring. Eddie takes him in a roll-up for the pin.

Winner – Eddie Kingston

Dan Lambert, Ethan Page and Scorpio Sky are in the ring. Page takes shots at Inner Circle as he wants us to know why they suck in detail. He tells us why each and every member of Inner Circle sucks. Sammy Guevara comes out to stop his bitching. Guevara tells Page to stop bickering and tells him that nobody in this company cares about him. He asks Lambert about the stipulation and calls him a dips**t.

Lambert stops the crowd from starting a chant. Lambert runs down Guevara on the mic. He says if Inner Circle wants a 10-man match, he will have to defend the TNT title against Ethan Page next week. If he loses, he would have to leave the Inner Circle forever. Guevara says they have the deal, but if he wins, he will decide on three men from American Top Team for the tag team match. Scorpio & Ethan attack Guevara before Inner Circle members come out to make the save.

Jon Moxley is backstage talking about AEW World Title Eliminator Tournament. He says he will get through everyone else before they could go through him and he will win this whole damn thing.

Brandon Cutler vs Jungle Boy

JB ducks a clotheslines and sends Cutler to the floor to hit a suicide dive. Cutler gets his boot up in the corner and goes for the Panama Sunrise. JB hits him with a back body drop. Cutler takes a big shot and JB replies with a powerbomb. He puts on the snear trapp to get a quick submission.

Winner – Jungle Boy

JB takes the mic and says it was a nice warmup. He is ready to go again and calls out someone from Elite to come out to take on him. He puts on the snear trapp on Cutler once again. Cutler screams in the mic for someone to save him.

Adam Cole comes out and he is ready to take on the challenge. Cole goes to the apron and JB hits him with a big forearm. It was all a ruse for The Young Bucks to come from behind and hit JB with double superkick. Cole joins them to attack JB and they hit him with BTE Trigger and Last Shot on the ramp. They throw Jungle Boy off the ramp and into a set of tables set up below.

Malakai Black vs Cody Rhodes

They lock up and trade waistlocks. Black kicks at Cody’s face and goes to work on his leg. Quick exchanges between them as both of them take each other down with sidelock takedown. More quick exchanges with kicks. Black grabs hold of Cody’s ankle again. Cody stomps on his face. Black comes back with a back elbow. Cody hits a powerslam for a two count.

Cody goes for figure four but Black gauges his eyes. Black takes out a steel chair but gets distracted by Brock Anderson and Lee Johnson coming out. They take away the steel chair during the break.

Cody catches Black with superkick on the apron. He takes Black through a table with a crossroads. Arn Anderson is in the ring as both men are on the floor recovering. The referee checks on him. Andrade gets on the ramp. His assistant attacks Anderson in the ring, only to be run into with a spinebuster. Black spits Black mist on Anderson. PAC attacks Andrade on the ramp.

Black hits a ripcord knee on Cody and a springboard moonsault. Cody hits crossroads in the ring now to get a near fall. Cody hypes up as the crowd cheers. Black with a big kick to the chest. He hits diving foot stomps from the top. A knee strike and bridging German suplex from Black for a nearfall. Black hits the Black mass but Cody fell to the ropes to avoid the pin.

Cody avoids a moonsault on the floor and hits suicide dive. Cody hits Cody cutter and a crossroads. Cody hits a Tiger Driver 98 for the pin and the win.

Winner – Cody Rhodes

The show goes off the air with Cody celebrating.
