AEW Dynamite June 14: MJF v Cole, BCC v Elite, Women’s Title Match Set

AEW has 4 announced matches for June 14, 2023 Dynamite episode and it will include World title eliminator, a trios match between Blackpool Combat Club and The Elite, and a Women’s Championship match.

AEW World Champion MJF was out to address the fans on this week’s Dynamite episode(June 7). MJF boasted that he is bored in AEW now that he has no competition when Adam Cole came out to interrupt. MJF and Cole had a promo battle which led to Cole challenging MJF for a title match. The mocking from Cole got to MJF and he accepted a match between them. AEW announced a World title eliminator between then for next week’s Dynamite.

Blackpool Combat Club defeated The Elite in Anarchy in the Arena match at AEW Double or Nothing PPV. In the past two episodes of Dynamite, BCC trio of Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta have won two trios match beating Lucha Bros & Bandido last week and CHAOS trio this week. Hangman Page and the Young Bucks appeared backstage after their match and challenged them for another trios match next week. Bryan Danielson accepted the match from BCC’s side.

An 8-man tag team match is also set for June 14 episode of AEW Dynamite which will see Sting, Darby Allin, Orange Cassidy and Keith Lee take on The Mogul Embassy. Mogul Embassy’s leader Swerve Strickland faced Cassidy for AEW International Championship where Cassidy went on to retain the title after a hard-fought match. After the match, Mogul Embassy attacked Cassidy but Sting and Darby Allin made the save. This led to an 8-man tag team match where Lee, Strickland’s long-time rival, will be on Cassidy’s side.

AEW Women’s Championship match is also set for next week. AEW announced a #1 contender match for AEW Rampage this week between Britt Baker, Nyla Rose, Mercedes Martinez and Skye Blue. The winner of this match will face Toni Storm next week for AEW Women’s title(Check here for spoilers from AEW Rampage this week).

The June 14, 2023 episode of AEW Dynamite will air from Capitol One Arena in Washington D.C. where the first Dynamite episode took place. So, AEW has put together a stacked card for the show. Here is the announced line-up for the show:

  • MJF vs Adam Cole – AEW World Championship Eliminator
  • Darby Allin, Sting, Orange Cassidy & Keith Lee vs The Mogul Embassy(Swerve Strickland, Brian Cage, Kaun & Toa Liona)
  • Toni Storm(c) vs TBA – AEW Women’s Championship
  • Blackpool Combat Club(Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli) vs The Elite(Adam Page, Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson)
