Song Yadong vs Chris Gutierrez Reported as UFC Shanghai Main Event
A bantamweight fight has been reported as the main event for UFC Shanghai event.
As per a report from Magic MMA Bets, it has been revealed that Song Yadong will be facing Chris Gutierrez in a bantamweight bout at UFC’s event scheduled for December 9, 2023. This bout is set to serve as the main event.
Chris Gutierrez over five rounds interesting if Song doesn't murder him in the first couple rounds.

Song Yadong’s recent fight was scheduled for UFC 292 event, where he was supposed to face Rob Font. Unfortunately, the bout was canceled due to Font’s withdrawal. Prior to this cancellation, Font secured a victory over Ricky Simón at UFC Vegas 72 event with a knockout. This win marked the end of his two-fight losing streak. Font’s UFC record currently stands at 9-2-1.
Chris Gutierrez’s most recent fight took place at UFC Vegas 81, where he emerged victorious over Alatengheili through a unanimous decision. Prior to this matchup, Gutierrez suffered a defeat at the hands of Pedro Munhoz, which brought an end to his seven-fight winning streak.
UFC Shanghai event is set to take place on December 9, 2023, and it will be broadcast live from the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai, China. A flyweight bout is also set for the event, in which Hyun Sung Park will face Shannon Ross.
