UFC Sao Paulo: Ruziboev Out, Abus Magomedov Faces Caio Borralho

Abus Magomedov has come in to replace Nursulton Ruziboev to face Caio Borralho at UFC Sao Paulo event.

According to MMA Fighting, Nursulton Ruziboev will not be participating in his scheduled fight against Borralho, and Abus Magomedov will step in as his replacement. The specific reason for Ruziboev’s withdrawal from the fight has not been disclosed.

Abus Magomedov has competed in two fights in the UFC, with one win and one loss. His most recent bout took place at UFC Vegas 76, where he was defeated by Sean Strickland. Magomedov’s victory came against Dustin Stoltzfus. Several of his scheduled bouts in UFC were cancelled due to visa issues.

Caio Borralho is on an impressive 13-fight winning streak, and he has secured four of those victories within the UFC. His most recent triumph was at UFC Vegas 72, where he won by knockout in the second round against Michał Oleksiejczuk.

During this remarkable winning streak, Borralho has also defeated opponents such as Makhmud Muradov, Armen Petrosyan, and Gadzhi Omargadzhiev in UFC.

UFC Sao Paulo is set to take place at Ginásio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil, on November 4. The main event for the show was changed earlier today after Curtis Blaydes pulled out of the bout. Derrick Lewis is brought in as the replacement to face Jailton Almeida.
