Report: Chris Billam-Smith to Face Mateusz Masternak in December
Some reports are circulating that Chris Billam-Smith may defend his WBO World Cruiserweight title against Mateusz Masternak in the UK in December.
The report comes from Ringpolska, the contract for the Chris Billam-Smith and Mateusz Masternak fight has been officially signed.

Chris Billam-Smith is currently enjoying a winning streak of nine fights. In his most recent bout on May 25, 2023, he faced Lawrence Okolie at an event and emerged victorious, securing the WBO World Cruiserweight Title.
Mateusz Masternak is currently riding a six-fight winning streak. In his most recent contest at the Knockout Boxing Night 25 event, he secured a victory over Jason Whateley via unanimous decision in the main event. Masternak hasn’t competed in a bout in 2023.
As of now, the bout has not been officially announced, and if it does become official, it would mark Chris Billam-Smith’s first title defense of his WBO World Cruiserweight Title.
