WWE RAW May 27, 2024 Match Card & Preview
WWE RAW episode of May 27, 2024, will be the Memorial Day edition and will be live from Savannah, GA. The show will be the first of three weekly episode of the Red brand in the build-up for Clash at the Castle 2024 PLE.
We expect to see the feud between Damian Priest and Drew McIntyre continue. Becky Lynch gets her rematch for Women’s World title while JD McDonagh will take on Braun Strowman. Tune in below for the complete preview and match card for WWE RAW May 27, 2024.
Women’s Title Rematch
Liv Morgan intercepted Dominik Mysterio’s attempt to help Becky Lynch to beat her for Women’s World Championship. Becky never asked Dominik to interfere in the match and was livid with him. However, she also revealed that she had a rematch clause in her contract and will challenge Liv for her newly won title on this week’s RAW. Will she be able to take the title back?
Braun Strowman vs JD McDonagh
Damian Priest tasked JD McDonagh to take care of Braun Strowman and stop him from interferring in Judgment Day business. JD went to warn him, but Strowman still came out to stop Carlito making an interference as Judgment Day challenged for tag team titles. After tht match, Priest told McDonagh to face Strowman in a singles match. Will JD be able to avenge Judgment Day?
Priest vs McIntyre Build-up
Drew McIntyre was declared fit to return to in-ring action and he will get a shot at World Heavyweight Championship as promised to him by Damian Priest at Clash at the Castle. How will this feud continue that the title match has a date?
The King General
Gunther won the King of the Ring 2024 tournament by beating Randy Orton in the final at the PLE. The win came with a tainted win as Orton’s shoulders were up during the pinfall. Triple H already cleared that the referee’s decision is final. But, will it effect the reign of The King General?
Surely they can’t completely ignore the FACT that Orton’s shulder was up and Gunther did NOT really win the title!
Wow 3 hours to fill and this is all you have? Two actual matches, Lynch and Morgan can do about half an hour. Strowman can squash McDonagh in about 5 mintues. So 2 hrs. 25 minutes of talking with Gunter doing his usual bragging, and Damian and McIntyre filling in the rest.
