Welcome to the live results blog for WWE Money in the Bank 2024 event, which will be live from Toronto, Canada.

Two start studded Money in the Bank ladder matches are set for the show. Men’s ladder match will feature LA Knight, Jey Uso, Drew McIntyre, Andrade, Chad Gable and Carmelo Hayes. There are major speculations that the likes of Logan Paul, CM Punk and even Wyatt Sicks could interrupt in this match.

Women’s match will see the local star Chelsea Green, Naomi, Iyo Sky, Tiffany Stratton, Lyra Valkyria and Zoey Stark in action. Bron Breakker will challenge Sami Zayn for Intercontinental Championship. Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens and Randy Orton will take on The Bloodline.

Damian Priest will face Seth to defend World Heavyweight Championship with the stipulation that Priest will have to leave Judgment Day if he loses. The line-up is exciting and promising. Will it deliver though? Tune in below for the results from WWE Money in the Bank 2024 with live updates.

RESULTS

  • Drew McIntyre defeated Jey Uso, Carmelo Hayes, Andrade, Chad Gable and LA Knight to win Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
  • Sami Zayn(c) defeated Bron Breakker in a singles match via pinfall to retain WWE Intercontinental Championship.
  • Damian Priest(c) defeated Drew McIntyre & Seth Rollins in a triple threat match via pinfall to retain World Heavyweight Championship.
  • Tiffany Stratton defeated Iyo Sky, Chelsea Green, Lyra Valkyria, Naomi & Zoey Stark to win Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
  • The Bloodline(Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu) defeated Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens & Randy Orton in a tag team match via pinfall.

LIVE UPDATES

The main show opens as we see the arrivals of The Bloodline, Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, Randy Orton, Trish Stratus, Seth Rollins and Judgment Day. Then, we cut to the opening video package.

Jey Uso vs Carmelo Hayes vs Andrade vs Chad Gable vs LA Knight vs Drew McIntyre – Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Jey Uso makes his entrance first to a loud reception. Others come out one by one. They start to brawl right away. Drew drops Andrade with a Glasgow kiss before getting clotheslines to the floor by Knight ad Gable. Knight hits a body slam on Carmelo. Jey does the same to Gable. Jey and Knight face-off and circle the ring, but Carmelo and Gable push in ladders. Knight hits Gable while Jey hits Carmelo with suicide dives. Drew hits a spinebuster on Andrade on a ladder. He gets into the ring to hit several men with a ladder. He climbs to the top, but Gable meets him before he can unhook the briefcase.

Gable puts an armbar on Drew on the ladder but Andrade hits him with a springboard dropkick to break that move. Andrade hits others with the ladder before setting it up in the middle. Carmelo hits a springboard clothesline to knock him off it. Andrade counters him with an inverted Spanish fly on the ladder. “CM Punk” chants as Drew and Jey fight in the middle. Jey hits a Samoan Drop and a spear. Jey then hits uppercuts and an enzuigiri. Gable hits back with a German suplex on Jey before hitting Drew with it also. He then hits Carmelo with Chaos Theory. Andrade attempts the same on Gable but he blocks it and drops a ladder on his back.

Knight unloads on him but Gable quickly sets him up on the ropes and hits him with dragon screw leg. Knight hits him with a neckbreaker on a ladder. Knight slams Carmelo’s face into the announce table several times. He sets up a ladder between the ring and announce table. Carmelo hits a jumping knee to his face to stop a move in the ring. Gable pulls Carmelo back from a ladder. Gable sets up another ladder in the ring and puts Carmelo in an ankle lock. Andrade climbs the ladder from the other side and Gable has to let Carmelo off and go fight Andrade. Drew pulls Gable off the ladder after he slams Andrade’s face to drop him. Drew hits Gable with a powerbomb on a ladder in one corner.

Drew climbs to the top but Jey pulls him back. Knight hits Drew with a ladder followed by a superkick from Jey, BFT from Knight and a splash from Jey. Knight and Jey fight on the top of the ladder. Carmelo sends Knight to the floor before hitting a springboard leg drop on Jey. Carmelo is only fingertips away from the briefcase but Andrade pulls him down. Andrade bridges a ladder in between the big ladder and the ropes. Andrade gets to the top but he has to hit Carmelo with a sunset flip powerbomb on the bridged ladder. Knight climbs up but Gable comes up. Knight blocks a German suplex but Gable is able to pull him down. Gable hits a belly to belly suplex to throw Knight out of the ring on a ladder.

Gable climbs to the top now. Jey trips his ladder but Gable holds onto the briefcase. Gable’s grip gives up and he falls to the floor to run into a spear from Jey. Jey Uso climbs to the top but Drew throws a ladder into his face. Drew hits a Claymore on Jey to send him to the floor. Drew then climbs to the top and gets the briefcase unhooked.

Sami Zayn(c) vs Bron Breakker – WWE Intercontinental Championship

Breakker is staring down Sami as they stand across each other. Breakker tosses Sami with a belly-to-belly suplex to start the action after a lock up. He hits spinebuster next. Breakker offers Sami to take a shot. Sami slaps him in response. Breakker hits several shoulder thrusts in the corner. The referee pulls him back. Sami hits him with punches before hitting an elbow. Sami sends him to the floor next to hit a springboard Arabian Press.

Breakker hits back with a clothesline after running the ropes. Breakker unloads with punches before hitting a belly-to-belly suplex. Breakker corners Sami to brush him with a running knee. Sami hits a couple of punches before Breakker hits another belly-to-belly suplex. Sami hits a back elbow. Breakker catches his dive to put him in a choke. Sami hits elbows to break free and hits a tornado DDT.

Sami clotheslines Breakker to the floor. Sami gets caught attempting a moonsault off the barricade but is able to slip away to send Breakker into the ringpost. Sami throws Breakker out of the ring once again. Breakker drops him with a clothesline on the floor. Breakker takes him back into the ring where Sami counters a spear with a knee. Sami hits a Blue Thunderbomb to get a near fall. Sami climbs to the top. Breakker brings him down with a frankestiener to get a near fall himself.

Sami rolls to the floor. Breakker runs around the ring attempting a spear but Sami leapfrogs. However, Breakker avoids running into the steel steps and jumps off the apron for a clothesline on top of the announce table. He has hurt his knee during the move. Breakker goes for a gorilla press slam in the ring but Sami slips out and hits an exploder. Breakker hits Gorilla Press. Sami blocks a spear with a knee. Sami hits a Helluva kick to get the pinfall.

John Cena Announces Retirement

After a break, Trish Stratus comes out to the ring and he introduces John Cena. Cena makes his entrance to the ring. Cena says he is out here to announce his retirement from WWE. He discusses why he is making this announcement in Toronto and in Canada. He says he has seen several waves of prosperity in WWE during his career, but there were times when no one knew them in towns, and Canada stood by them. He talks about opportunities in WWE for the younger ones.

Cena says RAW moving to Netflix will be historic and he will be there to make history. He then announces that Royal Rumble 2025 will be his last, Elimination Chamber 2025 will be his last, and WrestleMania 41 in Los Angeles will be his last. Cena says he will answer all the question about his retirement in the post-show tonight. “Thank you, Cena” chants break out. He thanks the crowd before hyping up saying, “Last Time is Now”.


Backstage, Damian Preist tells the rest of the Judgment Day to not interfere in his match against Seth Rollins tonight. The group agrees with him. Preist leaves for the match. Balor teases a turn saying, “whatever you say, Boss”, behind Preist’s back.

Damian Priest(c) vs Seth Rollins – World Heavyweight Championship

Rollins looks for a pedigree early but Priest blocks it. They trade quick strikes and chops. Priest counters a suplex with Broken arrow. Priest hits more punches before putting Rollins into the corner to hitt running elbow. Priest keeps looking towards the entrance, probably anticipating for Drew McIntyre. Rollins takes advantage by knocking Priest to the floor. Rollins also looks at the entrance and tells Drew to come out. Rollins hits back-to-back suicide dives on Priest on the floor.

Priest ducks a springboard knee, but Rollins hits a superkick. He hits a springboard Swanton bomb and a springboard moonsault to get a two-count. Another superkick, a kick to midsection and a shot at the back. Priest hits him with a headlock driver. Rollins counters a chokeslam with sunset flip to get a two-count. Priest drops him with a clothesline. Priest is still distracted expecting Drew McIntyre’s cash-in. Rollins counters him in the corner with a neckbreaker. He follows up with a frog splash to get a two-count.

Rollins attacks the knee before hitting an elbow. Priest sends him to the apron but Rollins hits him with an elbow. Rollins gets to the top rope. Priest trips him here. He hits a big right. Priest gets up on the ropes but Rollins slips out and hits a buckle bomb. Priest hits back with a slam to get a two-count. Priest hits Rollins with more shots. Rollins starts seething. He starts to unload but Priest drops him with a big shot. Priest hits a couple of spinning kicks. Rollins blocks a chokeslam. Priest blocks a pedigree but Rollins hits a stomp out of nowhere to get a near fall.

Rollins waits for Priest to get up as he berates him verbally. Priest hits him with Razor’s Edge to get a near fall. Priest gets to the top rope. Rollins meets him there. Priest drops him back to the mat with punches. Rollins jumps back up and hits a superplex. Priest blocks the Falcon arrow but Rollins also blocks the Broken Arrow before hitting the Falcon arrow. Priest did not kick out of the pin in a botch but the referee and Rollins acted like he did. Rollins gives shocking expression.

Damian Priest(c) vs Seth Rollins vs Drew McIntyre – Triple Threat Match for World Heavyweight Championship

Drew McIntyre walks out with the MITB briefcase. Priest is out of the ring though. Drew cashes in the briefcase to make it a triple threat match. Rollins avoids a Claymore but Drew hits him with a futureshock DDT. Drew gets ready for Claymore again but Priest runs him over. Drew hits Priest with Claymore kick but CM Punk runs in and attack him. Drew gets to the floor. Punk throws him over in the timekeeper’s area and unleashes with chair shots to his back.

Punk throws Drew back into the ring. He picks up the World Heavyweight title belt and runs over Drew with it. Punk sits at the top of the announce table to watch Priest hitting Drew with South of Heaven Chokeslam to get the pinfall.

After the match, Seth Rollins is seen recovering on the floor and is seething in anger as he will not get another title shot until Priest is the champion. Drew is down in the ring while Priest makes his walk back. Rollins walks towards Punk as he seeths in anger. Corey Graves blocks Rollins and talks him down.

Iyo Sky vs Chelsea Green vs Lyra Valkyria vs Naomi vs Tiffany Stratton vs Zoey Stark – Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match

Everyone other than Chelsea immediately leave the ring. Chelsea tries to jump up to take the briefcase off. She takes the ladder from Iyo after decking her. She tries to climb the ladder, but she is afraid of hieght. She tries to knock the briefcase with the ladder but fails. She hitst several others with the ladder to keep them out. Zoey hits her with a dropkick to knock her out. Iyo comes in and sends Zoey out. She fights Tiffany next and sends her into the ladder before hitting a meteora. Lyra sends Iyo into the ladder with a belly-to-belly suplex.

Lyra then drops Iyo on the ladder again with a suplex despite Iyo’s attempt to counter. She sets up a ladder in the middle before hitting a dropkick on Chelsea on the floor. Zoey hits a springboard dropkick on Lyra. Lyra hits back at her but Zoey catches her and drops her on a ladder. Naomi comes in and drops Zoey on the ladder before hitting a split leg drop on her. Naomi then hits a split legged moonsault on Zoey on the ladder.

Tiffany hits Naomi with Alabama Slam on the ladder. Tiffany looks to set up the ladder, but Iyo comes in and Tiffany has to corner her with the ladder. Tiffany walks on the ladder to get to the top turnbuckle and hit a senton on other on the floor. Chelsea gets into the ring and sets up the ladder. Iyo slams a ladder on her as she picks up the courage to climb up. Iyo then climbs up, but quickly gets taken down by Lyra. Lyra climbs up quickly, but Iyo trips her and kicks at her against the ladder. After Lyra takes out Iyo, Zoey comes in and kicks Lyra against the ladder. Another ladder is set up as Tiffany and Naomi also come in. Naomi knocks Tiffany away. She hits a DDT on Zoey.

Tiffany sends Naomi to the floor. Naomi also pulls her out of the ring. Naomi pulls out tables from underneath the ring. Chelsea attacks her from behind. Tiffany and Chelsea set up a couple of tables on the floor. Zoey and Lyra try to climb the ladder in the ring. Iyo also jumps on the ladder from the other side. Tiffany and Chelsea also get into the ring. Chelsea bridges a ladder in between a ladder and ropes. Iyo slams her face on that ladder. Zoey hits a monkey flip to send Tiffany in that ladder. Lyra gets to the top but Zoey drops her on the bridged ladder.

Naomi hits a kick on Zoey to send her out. Naomi climbs and so does Chelsea behind her. Chelsea hits the Unprettier on Naomi on the ladder. Zoey climbs up again. Iyo comes up from the other side and stops her from unhooking the briefcase. Zoey looks for a superplex but Iyo drops her with a body slam. Chelsea then quickly climbs up the ladder goes to unhook it, but Tiffany pulls her leg. Tiffany then pushes Chelsea down and through the table. Tiffany unhooks the briefcase to win the match.

Trish Stratus is interviewed backstage but she gets interrupted by Tiffany Stratton who wants to focus on her after her big win. Trish advises her that once she cashes in the briefcase, it would decide if she will be a Hall of Famer or just another flash in the pan. Tiffany replies that it must be hard for Trish to realize that “Trishy Time” is over while “Tiffy Time” is still ongoing.

Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens & Randy Orton vs The Bloodline(Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga & Jacob Fatu)

Huge “We Want Roman” chants break out as the bell rings. The Bloodline poses on the apron before Solo steps in to face Cody from the other side. “F##k you, Solo” chants start. Solo circles the ring, but then tags in Tama. Cody and Tama lock up. Cody puts on a side headlock. Tama pushes him to the ropes which leads to Cody hitting his signature drop down and punch. Cody then hits a running bulldog. Owens tags in and unloads on Tama to get the crowd going.

Owens keeps unloading in the corner viciously for a while. Cody tags back in and drops Tama to the mat. Orton tags in and hits more punches on Tama. He corners Tama and hits punches from the second rope. Tama rakes Orton’s eyes and tags in Jacob. Jacob charges at Orton who throws him to the floor. Randy hits a draping DDT on Jacob and gets ready for RKO. Jacob is up in a jiffy though. He hits Randy with Samoan Drop and a DDT. Solo tags in and beats up Orton in the corner. Solo stomps on Randy’s arm before choking him on the ropes. Tama jumps in to hit a splash after getting a tag.

Owens tries to hype the crowd. Orton counters with a back suplex. Owens gets a tag and knocks off Jacob and Solo before unloading on Tama in the ring. He decks Jacob again to keep him out before sending Tama to the corner to hit a cannonball. Owens hits a Swanton bomb but Jacob breaks the pin. Jacob drags Tama to the corner and tags himself in and hits headbutts on Owens. He continues to be in control before Solo tags in. Owens tries to tag out but Solo pulls him and whips him to the corner. Tonga Loa chokes Owens from the outside while the referee was distracted.

Solo hits Owens with a hip attack in the corner. Jacob tags in to do the same. Jacob hits headbutts on Owens. Owens gets up but Jacob tackles him. Tama tags in and unloads with more punches on Owens. Owens tries to run away from the corner but gets pulled back by Solo. Solo knocks Cody off the apron. Owens uses a low bridge to send Solo to the floor. Owens goes to tag Orton, but Loa pulls Orton off the apron. Owens starts to trade punches with Solo who comes out on the top. Owens avoids a hip attack in the corner. Solo keeps him away from the tag though. Jacob comes in but misses a splash in the corner.

Cody gets a hot tag as Solo comes in from the other side. Cody hits punches before a tackle and a powerslam. He hits a disaster kick and a Cody Cutter next. Jacob comes in but gets thrown out. Cody hits a suicide dive on Solo before going for the same on Jacob on the other side. Loa pushes Jacob aside and takes the dive on himself. Cody manages to toss Jacob into the timekeeper’s area with a back body drop. Cody returns to the ring where Solo hits him with a spear to get a near fall.

Cody looks for a pedigree but Solo blocks it. Cody ducks a clothesline but Solo ends up knocking off the referee. Owens hits a splash on Solo before Orton hits an RKO with the referee down. Cody clears the announce table. They look for the Shield bomb but Jacob jumps on Cody to stop him. Jacob hits superkicks on Orton and Owens. Owens sidesteps and Jacob ends up hitting the referee with a hip attack. Owens sets up Jacob on the table before hitting a stunner on Tama.

Owens puts Jacob through the table with a Swanton Bomb. Owens takes Tama to the ring. Loa comes in and hits Owens with a low blow. Orton hits RKO on Tama and Loa. Solo hits Orton with a Samoan Spike. Cody gets in and hits Solo with a Crossrhodes. Jacob hits Cody with a moonsault. Jacob helps Solo hit a Samoan spike on Cody. Jacob throws the referee into the ring who counts for the pinfall as Solo covers Cody.
