NJPW Windy City Riot 2024 is a pro-wrestling event that is scheduled for April 12, 2024, in Chicago, IL(the city is known as Windy City). It is the second event in the Windy City Riot series and will take place at Wintrust Arena.

STORYLINE
Tetsuya Naito vs Jon Moxley: Moxley defeated Shingo Takagi at Battle in the Valley event. After the event, Moxley challenged Takagi’s stable leader and IWGP World Champion Tetsuya Naito. The match was later made official but Naito had to defend the title at Sakura Genesis before this. Naito retained his title against Yota Tsuji at Sakura Genesis to secure the clash against Moxley.
Mustafa Ali vs Hiromu Takahashi: Mustafa Ali appeared at Battle in the Valley via video and challenged Takahashi for a match. Takahashi later accepted the challenge.
Riot Rules Match: Eddie Kingston and Gabe Kidd fought to a double count-out at Battle in the Valley event for Kingston’s AEW Continental Crown. Following the match, Bullet Club War Dogs attacked Kingston. A month later, NJPW announced that Kidd and Kingston would lead teams in Riot Rules tornado tag team match, but the other members of the teams would be revealed on the spot.
NJPW Strong Tag Team Championship: The champions Hikuleo and El Phantasmo put out an open challenge to defend their titles in a 4-way tag team match.
