AEW Dynamite August 23: Moxley vs Fenix Among Loaded Lineup
AEW has announced five matches and four segments for August 23, 2023, episode of AEW Dynamite, including ROH Tag Team title match and Jon Moxley vs Rey Fenix.
During the August 18 episode of AEW Rampage, Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) defeated Ethan Page and Brother Zay for the ROH Tag Team title. After the match, The Hardys (Matt and Jeff Hardy) challenged Aussie Open for the ROH title bout. Later on, AEW officially announced the match for August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Jon Moxley will go one on one against Rey Fenix on the August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite. During the episode, BCC will also announce three more members for the Stadium Stampede Match which is set for AEW All in 2023 PPV event.

Kenny Omega is also scheduled for the August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, where he and The Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) will face Juice Robinson and The Gunns (Austin and Colten Gunn). During the August 16 episode of AEW Dynamite, The Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) defeated The Gunns.
Additionally, The Young Bucks (Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson) are set to have a face-to-face conversation with FTR (Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler).
Swerve Strickland and AR Fox will face Darby Allin and Nick Wayne next week in AEW Dynamite episode. Recently Allin and Sting attacked AR Fox at WWA4 Pro Wrestling School
A women’s division match is also set for August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite, where Ruby Soho will face Skye Blue. Adam Cole and MJF’s segment has been scheduled for the August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite. During this segment, they will each be individually interviewed by Renee Paquette.
Jack Perry is also set for next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, where he will retire the FTW Championship. Perry recently defended his FTW championship against RVD. He is also in a feud with Hook from whom he won the FTW title.
August 23 episode of AEW Dynamite will be live from Gas South Arena, Duluth, GA, US and AEW will also host a special event called AEW Fyter Fest. Below is the announced lineup for the show:
