UFC presented Fight Night 218 event on February 4, 2023, from UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas, NV. This event is also called UFC Vegas 68.

SYNOPSIS
Earlier, this event was reported to take place in Seoul, South Korea. It was later moved to UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas. The reason for this switch was reported to be “The Korean Zombie” Jang Chang-Sung’s shoulder injury. With the biggest draw from South Korea not being able to participate at the event, UFC decided to switch the location.
On December 15, 2022, UFC officially announced that Derrick Lewis and Sergey Spivac would headline the event. Originally, this bout was scheduled to headline UFC Fight Night on November 19, 2022. But, Lewis pulled out from the bout due to some illness.
Road To UFC Final bouts also took place at this event. 4 final bouts from the flyweight, bantamweight, featherweight, and lightweight divisions were booked for this Fight Night.
On October 31, 2022, MMA Junkie reported a welterweight bout between Yusaku Kinoshita and Adam Fugitt for UFC Vegas 68 event.
On November 3, 2022, MMA Junkie reported that Tatsuro Taira would fight against Jesus Santos Aguilar at this event in a flyweight bout.
On November 6, 2022, MMA Junkie reported a strawweight fight between Loma Lookboonmee vs Elise Reed.
On November 8, 2022, John Hyon Ko reported a featherweight bout between Choi Doo-Ho vs Kyle Nelson.
