Montana De La Rosa vs Stephanie Egger Reported for UFC Vegas 80
A new flyweight bout is set for the UFC Vegas 80 event where Montana De La Rosa will face Stephanie Egger.

Montana De La Rosa is currently on a two-fight losing streak. La Rosa’s recent fight was at UFC Fight Night 220 event, where she was defeated by Tatiana Suarez by submission. Before Suarez, La Rosa was also defeated by Maycee Barber in her only bout in 2022. La Rosa’s last win was over Ariane Lipski in June 2021.
Stephanie Egger has won three fights and lost three in her UFC career so far. Egger’s recent fight was against Irina Alekseeva at UFC Vegas 72 event, where she lost by KO. Before Alekseeva, Egger won her fight against Ailin Perez in a featherweight bout.
This will be Egger’s first flyweight bout. She has mostly fought at bantamweight in her career, but also had a few featherweight bouts in between.
UFC Vegas 80 is set to take place on October 7, 2023, at UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas, NV. A lightweight bout is also set for the event, where Philipe Lins will face Ion Cutelaba.
