Seth Rollins vs Logan Paul Confirmed for WWE WrestleMania 39

After their altercation, Seth Rollins and Logan Paul agreed to a grudge match at WWE WrestleMania 39 event.

The tension between WWE Superstar Seth Rollins and Social Media Superstar Logan Paul has been brewing since Logan eliminated Rollins from the men’s Royal Rumble match. After that incident, Rollins had some harsh words for Logan during some interviews. Logan made a surprise appearance at Elimination Chamber last month and attacked Rollins during the United States Championship Elimination Chamber match, leading to Rollins losing the match.

Rollins continued with his tirade against Logan after this. Last week, he took Miz’s phone to call Logan and asked him to come face-to-face with him on RAW in Boston. Logan agreed and appeared on RAW episode of March 6 last night.

The Miz, host for WrestleMania 39, moderated the segment between Logan and Rollins but failed to get an electric crowd under control who kept on signing Rollins’ theme song. Logan took shots at Rollins and reminded him of Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber. Rollins retorted by saying that WWE fans do not want him in the ring at all.

Rollins challenged Logan to face him one on one. Logan said he is a prizefighter and will only face Rollins if it is on a bigger stage and with bigger money. As tensions rose, Miz tried to play a mediator and said he could pull strings backstage to fix their match for WrestleMania. Rollins told Miz to do so and threw him out of the ring.

Then, a brawl broke out between Logan and Rollins. When Miz tried to interfere, Logan got a chance to hit Rollins with a big punch to drop him. Later in the RAW broadcast, WWE confirmed the match between them for WrestleMania 39.

This will be just the fifth match for Logan Paul under the WWE banner. He made his WWE debut at WrestleMania 38 by teaming up with The Miz to take on the Mysterios. He later faced Miz at SummerSlam 2022 before challenging for Universal Championship against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel 2022. He was a surprise entrant in the men’s Royal Rumble match in January this year.

A total of 8 matches are now announced for WWE WrestleMania 39 which will take place at SoFi Stadium near Hollywood, CA, on April 1 & 2, 2023.
