A new match is added to UFC Nashville Fight Night while there is a replacement in one other bout.

UFC confirmed several matches for UFC Nashville card on Tuesday. The first one of those was Jessica Andrade replacing Virna Jandiroba to face Tatiana Suarez. Jandiroba has suffered a knee injury that will require surgery and had to pull out of the event.

Jessica Andrade has lost two fights this year after starting the year with a win over Lauren Murphy at UFC 283. She lost to Erin Blanchfield after taking a short-notice bout just 4 weeks later. Her recent bout was against Xiaonan Yan at UFC 288 event, where she lost by KO where she returned to strawweight division once again. Andrade is currently ranked 5 in the UFC Strawweight division.

Tatiana Suarez has not lost a single match since her debut and is maintaining her undefeated streak. Suarez was on hiatus from 2020 to 2022. She returned to the octagon this year in February to beat Montana De La Rosa via second-round submission.

The bout that is added to the card will see Jeremiah Wells taking on Carlston Harris in a Welterweight bout. Wells remains unbeaten since his UFC debut with four wins. His recent bout was against Matthew Semelsberger at UFC Fight Night, where he won by a split decision.

Carlston Harris has lost one fight and won three bouts in UFC run so far. His recent bout was against Jared Gooden at UFC Las Vegas in March this year, where he won via unanimous decision. The only loss in his UFC career has come against Shavkat Rakhmonov last year.

The event is officially scheduled for 5 August at Bridgestone Arena, Nashville, TN. The main event will be a bantamweight bout between Cory Sandhagen and Umar Nurmagomedov.
