Tagir Ulanbekov Out, Cody Durden In vs Jake Hadley for UFC Nashville

Cody Durden had replaced Tagir Ulanbekov against Jake Hadley at UFC Nashville Fight Night event.

Cody Durden posted this news on his Instagram account. The reason for Ulanbekov’s withdrawal is not clear as of now. Hadley and Durden will clash in a flyweight bout.

Cody Durden had won four fights and lost one in his five recent bouts including a three-fight winning streak. Durden’s recent fight was against Charles Johnson at UFC Vegas 72 in April this year, where he won by Unanimous decision.

Durden was also reported to face Bruno Silva on September 23 UFC Fight Night event. It remains to be seen if that booking remains in place.

Jake Hadley had fought a total of three fights in his UFC career, where he won 2 and lost 1. Hadley’s recent fight was against Malcolm Gordon at UFC 286 event, where he won the fight by KO. Prior to that, he also defeated Carlos Candelario to get his first UFC win.

UFC Nashville event is scheduled for August 5, 2023, at Bridgestone Arean in Nashville, TN. Cory Sandhagen vs Umar Nurmagomedov bantamweight bout is set to be the headliner of the event. Jessica Andrade takes on Tatiana Suarez in a key women’s strawweight bout.
