WWE SmackDown May 19: Roman Reigns Face Off, 3 Tag Matches Set
Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa’s face off with Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn is going to be the highlights for the announced card for WWE SmackDown May 19, 2023.
Roman and Solo will challenge Owens and Sami for WWE Tag Team Championship at Night of Champions 2023 after Roman lost the trust on The Usos to carry out the task. These two teams will come face to face for a sitdown next week on SmackDown.
That is not all for The Bloodline though. The Usos will be in tag team action as they take on LWO’s Rey Mysterio and Santos Escobar. The match was set up after a backstage argument between the two sides.
Two more tag team matches are set for the show. SmackDown’s new tag team Pretty Deadly continued their tomfoolery from NXT as they mocked The Brawling Brutes backstage this week. They will now take on Butch and Ridge Holland in their first tag team match on SmackDown on May 19 episode.
LA Knight got into an argument with The Street Profits during this week’s SmackDown Lowdown and claimed that he can beat them while teaming up with anyone. So, he will team up with Rick Boogs to face The Street Profits in a tag team match.
Grayson Waller Effect debut is also set for the show with AJ Styles as the guest. WWE Smackdown May 19, 2023 episode is set to air from Colonial Life Arena in Columbia, SC. The complete announced line-up is as below:
