Oezdemir vs Murzakanov & Fairn vs Cowan Set for UFC Paris
Two new bouts are added to the UFC Paris Fight Night event in September.
It has been announced that Volkan Oezdemir would fight Azamat Murzakanov whereas Zarah Fairn will face Hailey Cowan at UFC Paris on September 2, 2023.
Volkan Oezdemir is coming off a decision loss against Nikita Krylov at UFC 280. Before that, he managed to defeat Paul Craig in July 2022.
When it comes to Azamat Murzakanov, he is still undefeated in the UFC. Azamat has won all three of his UFC matches and is coming off a unanimous decision win against Dustin Jacoby.

Meanwhile, Zarah Fairn has been struggling to win a match for more than five three years. She is on a three-fight losing streak, and her last win came against Izabela Badruek in December 2017.
On the other hand, Hailey Cowan made her UFC debut earlier this year in April. However, she lost her inaugural UFC match against Jamey Lyn-Horth via unanimous decision.

UFC Paris is set for September 2, 2023, and will be headlined by Sergey Spivak vs Cirly Gane heavyweight bout.
