Jonathan Martinez vs Adrian Yanez is reportedly set for the UFC Vegas 81 event in October 2023.
According to the report from ESPN Deportes, Martinez and Yanez are set to clash in a Bantamweight bout on UFC’s October 14 in Vegas.
Per sources: Jonathan Martínez will face Adrián Yáñez at the UFC Oct. 14th event. Martínez is currently the 13th ranked bantamweight while Yáñez is right behind him on the 14th spot.

Jonathan Martinez is currently on a five-fight winning streak. Martinez’s recent bout was against Said Nurmagomedov at the UFC Las Vegas event on March 11, 2023, where he won the fight by unanimous decision. Martinez also defeated Cub Swanson, Vince Morales, Alejandro Perez, and Zviad Lazishvili to maintain the streak.
Adrian Yanez was also on a 5-fight winning streak in UFC until he faced Rob Font at UFC 287 event, a fight which lost by KO. His overall streak was at 9 fights which included a win in Dana White Contender series, 2 win in Fury FC and one in LFA. Yanez’s UFC record stands at 5-1-0.
Jonathan Martinez is currently ranked #13 in the Bantamweight division, whereas Adrian Yanez is ranked #14.
The UFC Vegas 81 event is scheduled for October 14 in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States, featuring a Featherweight Bout between Edson Barboza and Sodiq Yusuff.
