Two Tag Team Matches Announced for AEW Rampage March 3, 2023
AEW has announced two tag team matches for AEW Rampage episode of March 3, 2023.
Keith Lee and Dustin Rhodes will continue their rivalry with Mogul Affiliates. Shane “Swerve” Strickland turned on tag team partner Lee after they failed to win AEW Tag Team Championship last year in November. Strickland attacked Lee as he introduced his new faction Mogul Affiliates.
Lee returned to AEW on Rampage episode of February 17 when Mogul Affiliates were beating up Dustin Rhodes after his DQ win over Strickland. The rivalry will continue with a tag team match where Parker Boudreaux will partner with Strickland to face Lee and Rhodes.
In another tag team on Rampage March 3, 4 teams will clash in a fatal 4-way match. Top Flight, Aussie Open, Dark Order’s John Silver & Alex Reynolds and Blackpool Combat Club’s Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta will be part of this match.
All these teams were part of Casino Battle Royal on Dynamite this week. BCC attacked Dark Order during their entrance before the match. Top Flight have been feuding with BCC already for the past few weeks. Top Flight were eliminated from the battle royal by Aussie Open eventually.
The March 3, 2023, episode of AEW Rampage will air from Chase Center in San Francisco, CA. This will be the last TV episode before Revolution 2023 event at the same venue.
