Jeff Hardy Added to US Title Match at WWE Extreme Rules
Damian Priest vs Jeff Hardy vs Sheamus is now official for the United States Championship at WWE Extreme Rules.
On tonight’s episode of Raw, Jeff Hardy faced Sheamus with a stipulation that if he wins, he will join the championship match at the upcoming PPV event. The Charismatic Enigma came out with a victory against the Celtic Warrior, and hence he became a part of the mix.
Sheamus beat Drew McIntyre on the September 6 episode of Raw to become the no. 1 contender for the US title. Sheamus lost the title of Damian Priest at SummerSlam, and now he is determined to win it back from him.
Also, there is speculation that a stipulation might be added to the US title triple threat match. WWE hasn’t officially confirmed anything so far, but there is a possibility that they will make it triple threat tables match.
