EVENT NOTES

UFC returned to Jacksonville, FL, first time after UFC 261 PPV in April 2021. This was the fifth UFC event to take place at Vystar Memorial Arena in Jacksonville and the third Fight Night event.

A featherweight bout between #5 ranked Josh Emmett vs #8 ranked Ilia Topuria was set to headline the event. The bout was earlier planned to headline UFC Vegas 75 but was later pushed to this event.

Brendan Allen was earlier supposed to headline UFC Vegas 74, but his opponent Jack Hermansson pulled out of the bout with an injury. Allen was moved to this event to face a new opponent in Bruno Silva.

David Onama was earlier facing Kushien Askhabov at UFC Vegas 74, but Askhabov pulled out with unknown reasons. Onama was then moved to this event to face Gabriel Santos.
