- WWE will close its PPV calendar for 2020 with Tables, Ladders & Chairs.
- What are the predicted matches for TLC 2020 PPV?
WWE Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2020 PPV is slated to be the last PPV of the year, taking place likely on 20 December 2020. At present many of the champions are not in clear-cut feuds and it is hard to predict the match card for TLC as of now.
That being said, there are a couple of matches that are looking set in stone for TLC 2020. Let’s discuss them.
Sasha Banks vs Carmella – WWE SmackDown Women’s Championship
Sasha Banks almost wrapped up her storyline with Bayley by defeating her in back to back weeks at Hell in a Cell 2020 and then at SmackDown. Coming out of that feud, Sasha already had Carmella waiting to pounce on her.
As Sasha was celebrating the successfull title defense, the Queen of Staten Island superkicked her on the ramp and then hit her with bulldog. Going forward, beyond Survivor Series, this is likely to be the main feud on SmackDown women’s division.
Drew McIntyre(c) vs Randy Orton vs The Fiend – TLC Match, WWE Championship
Drew McIntyre won the WWE title back from Randy Orton on RAW last night. Even before that, WWE started planning towards a triple threat encounter which also involved the Fiend.
But then, the plans changed and The Fiend was removed from the storyline. Probably because WWE did not want Drew McIntyre to share his glorious moment with anyone else in the backdrop, which would have been the case had The Fiend would have been involved.
Definitely, creative could revisit those plans post Survivor Series and make a blockbuster main event match at Tables, Ladders and Chairs.
