WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns has told that he would change his in-ring attire and theme music in the coming days.
Roman Reigns On New In-Ring Attire
Roman was promoting Connor’s Cure with a video with Mania Club. During the call, Roman confirmed that he will wrestle shirtless against Jey Uso at the upcoming WWE Clash of Champions PPV.
The Big Dog also told that he used the five months hiatus from WWE to work on his physique in order to pull-off the shirtless look. He also admitted to not being perfect or a bodybuilder but he does feel confident in shirtless look. (h/t Wrestling Inc.)
Roman has previously been seen in a shirtless avatar in his Hollywood Debut in Hobbs & Shaw where he appeared with Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson. The shirtless look will also go hand in hand with his new moniker “The Tribal Chief” that Paul Heyman is currently using for him.
Roman Reigns Provides Update on New Theme Music
Roman Reigns has also informed that a new piece of theme music is on the way for him. But he also added that fans might have wait for it a little bit. Reigns said that his character has turned into a true heel yet.
He cited the example of post main event segment with Jey Uso from this week’s SmackDown. Roman looked agitated that Jey had grabbed his Universal title belt but then went on to hug him after some celebration.
Roman also urged fans to be patient with storytelling. He said they are currently executing a long term and well-thought-out storyline and fans should wait for everything to unfold.
Roman Reigns recently turned heel and added Paul Heyman as a special advisor. The Big Dog also won the WWE Universal Championship at WWE Payback 2020 PPV.
