Kenny Omega, Adam Page, Young Bucks Sign New AEW Contract

The Elite’s Kenny Omega, Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson & “Hangman” Adam Page have resigned a new multi-year contract with AEW.

According to the report from Sports Illustrated, Omega, The Young Bucks, and Page have individually agreed to a new multi-year contract with AEW. It is also confirmed that, apart from their on-screen roles, Omega and The Young Bucks will also maintain their positions as Executive Vice Presidents within the company.

AEW President Tony Khan told Sports Illustrated that The Elite have been so important to the launch of AEW and he is excited to share that they will all be staying in AEW for years to come. 

In the recent Blood and Guts match, The Elite & Kota Ibushi defeated Blackpool Combat Club. After the show went off the air, Omega cut a promo for the crowd saying that The Elite will remain united and he will follow wherever The Young Bucks go.

There were also rumors that WWE was looking to sign Kenny Omega and the Young Bucks when their contract with AEW was about to end. It is currently not known how far did their contract talks with AEW.

Kenny Omega & Adam Page had been AEW World Champions once. Page defeated Omega at AEW Full Gear 2021 to become the champion. They were also the second AEW Tag Team Champion. The Young Bucks have won tag team titles twice.

Kenny Omega & The Young Bucks(Matt & Nick Jackson) will be in action on the August 2 episode of AEW Dynamite where they will face Jeff Jarrett, Jay Lethal, and Satnam Singh.
