Cage vs Takeshita, TBS Title Match & More Added to Feb 1 Dynamite
Three more matches have been added to the match card of the February 1 episode of AEW Dynamite.
Jade Cargill will defend her TBS title against Red Velvet in a singles match at the upcoming episode of Dynamite. Last week on Dynamite, Cargill was interviewed backstage, but before she could say anything, Red Velvet interrupted her.
Red Velvet is a former member of the Baddies who eventually turned on the group. Velvet challenged Jade Cargill for the title match at AEW Rampage this Friday, which was later confirmed by AEW.
On Friday, the broadcast team also revealed that Brian Cage would collide against Konosuke Takeshita in a singles match. Cage faced Bryan Danielson in a singles match last week on Dynamite.
He lost the match but attacked Danielson along with MJF after the match. Konosuke Takeshita came to the rescue of Bryan and saved him from AEW World Champion and Brian Cage.
During a promo, it was also announced that Top Flight has challenged The Elite for the AEW World Trios Championship match. Below is the updated match card for the February 1 episode of AEW Dynamite.
