Axiom & Indi Hartwell Join Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline
The line-up for the first men and women Iron Survivor Challenge match is now complete for the match at NXT Deadline 2022 event.
Axiom won the triple threat qualifier match at WWE NXT this week to join the 5 man line-up. He defeated Von Wagner and Andre Chase to get the spot in Iron Survivor Challenge match. He joins Grayson Waller, Carmelo Hayes, Joe Gacy and JD MCDonagh.
Similarly, Indi Hartwell won the women’s triple threat qualifier by beating Wendy Choo and Fallon Henley. She will join Roxanne Perez, Cora Jade, Zoey Stark and Kiana James in the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge Match at NXT Deadline.
Iron Survivor Challenge match is replacing WarGames match in NXT’s December event. Two out of 5 participants will start the 25 minutes match with a new participant entering the match every 5 minutes. The wrestler with the maximum points will be the winner. Points can be earned through pinfalls, submissions and disqualifications.
The winners of Iron Survivor Challenge matches will become #1 contender for NXT Championship and NXT Women’s Championship to face the champions at a later date.
NXT Deadline will air this Saturday from WWE Performance Center in Orlando, FL. The event will also feature NXT Championship match between Bron Breakker and Pretty Deadly. New Day will challenge Pretty Deadly for NXT Tag Team Championship.
