UFC 283 Officially Announced for January 21 in Brazil
UFC’s first PPV event of 2023 will mark the promotion’s return to Brazil in almost three years for the first time.
UFC 283 is officially announced to take place on January 21, 2023, at the Jeunesse Arena in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil.
UFC also announced a new TV deal according to which all the UFC events will be available on the UFC Fight Pass streaming platform and Band TV network in Brazil. UFC will launch the localized version of the Fight Pass in Brazil on January 1, 2023.
No fights have been announced so far for this event. However, Dana White ensured the fans that it would be a stacked event that you would not want to miss.
UFC Fight Night: Lee vs Oliveira was the last UFC event in Brazil that took place in March 2020. It was also UFC’s first event that took place behind closed doors without an audience. The decision came after the Governor of the Federal District suspended large gatherings to prevent COVID-19.
