UFC 280 Commentary Team & Broadcast Plans Announced
UFC is set to present its next PPV event UFC 280 from the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, which will be headlined by Charles Oliveira vs Islam Makhachev UFC Lightweight title bout.
Several marquee on-air talents in the form of roving reporters, desk analysts, commentators, in-ring announcers, etc., will be present at the PPV event to guide the viewers through the experience. The broadcast plans along with the UFC 280 marquee on-air talents list can be checked out below.
Broadcast Plans
The main card of this PPV event will air on pay-per-view and will also be available to stream via ESPN+ for the residents in the US. UFC 280’s main card will begin at 2 PM ET. The early prelims of the show start at 10 AM ET whereas the televised prelims are scheduled to begin at 12 PM ET, and will stream on ESPN+.
In-Ring Announcers
The best among the best Bruce Buffer will travel all the way to UAE to introduce the fighters right before their respective fights at UFC 280.
Roving Reporter
Megan Olivi, a longtime UFC correspondent, will return to the UFC programming and will serve as the roving reporter at UFC 280 event. She will provide real-time updates on the event and will also conduct pre and post-fight interviews with the athletes.
Cageside Commentators
Jon Anik will once again be the leading man on the mic and will command play-by-play alongside UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier and retired fighter Paul Felder.
