Shane Young vs Gabriel Miranda Reported for UFC 293 PPV
Shane Young will feature for UFC in Australia once again as he is reported to take on Gabriel Miranda are at UFC 293 PPV event.
The report comes from MMA Reporter Laete Viana that Young and Miranda will clash in a Lightweight bout on September 9, 2023, at UFC 293 event in Sydney, Australia.

Shane Young is currently on a three-fight losing streak. Young’s most recent fight came against Blake Bilder at UFC 284 event in Australia, where he lost the match by unanimous decision.
Including Blake Bilder, Young has also faced losses against Omar Morales and Ľudovít Klein. Young’s last win came on February 9, 2019, against Austin Arnett at the UFC 234 event.
Gabriel Miranda has only fought one match in his UFC career. In his debut match, he fought against Benoit Saint-Denis at the UFC Fight Night event, where he lost the match by KO. Miranda’s previous appearances came in Brave CF and other Brazilian promotions.
UFC 293 event has several other New Zealand and Australian fighters on the card. New Zealand’s Kai Kara-France faces Manel Kape in a flyweight bout. Sydne’s Tai Tuivasa takes on Alexander Volkov in a heavyweight bout. New Zealand’s Carlos Ulberg faces Japan’s Da Un Jung. Australia’s Justin Tafa will clash with Austen Lane in a rematch.
