Mizuki Inoue Returns to Face Hannah Goldy at UFC Vegas 79
Mizuki Inoue is set to make her comeback to UFC after three long years.
MMA Mania reports that Mizuki Inoue will take on Hannah Goldy at UFC Vegas 79 in a women’s strawweight bout. UFC Vegas 79 is set to take place on September 23, 2023, at Las Vegas’ UFC Apex Arena.
Mizuki Inoue returns to the octagon since fighting Amanda Lemos at UFC Fight Night even on August 22, 2020, where she lost by unanimous decision. That was Inoue’s second bout in UFC, before she underwent surgery on her ACL which has led to her absence from the octagon for 3 years.

After making her debut in pro-MMA at the age of 16, Inoue has also taken part in several kickboxing bout. After dropping down to strawweight, Inoue headed into Invicta FC where she fought 6 times. She made his UFC Debut in 2019 by beating Wu Yanan.
Hannah Goldy takes part in the fifth bout under UFC with this bout, but she did not have much success under the promotion so far. After making her way into UFC via Dana White Contender Series 2019 season, Goldy lost two bouts in UFC against Miranda Granger and Diana Belbiţă. She got her first win in UFC against Emily Whitmire before she lost to Molly McCann once again.
