Miranda Maverick vs Jasmine Jasudavicius in Works for UFC 289
A new women’s flyweight bout is in the works for UFC 289 PPV event on June 10.
According to the latest reports, Mirana Maverick is expected to collide against Jasmine Jasudavicius at UGC 289 later this year in June.
Miranda revealed this news by sharing a post on her Instagram handle. In the caption, she also revealed that both fighters had signed the contract for this bout.
Miranda is on a two-fight winning streak and is coming off a unanimous decision win against Shanna Young. Before that, she defeated Sabina Mazo via second-round submission. Her last loss came against Erin Blanchfield at UFC 269.
On the other hand, Jasmine Jasudavicius is coming off a unanimous decision win against Gabriella Fernandes. Before that, she lost against Natalia Silva following her successful UFC debut against Kay Hansen at UFC 270.
Now, it remains to be seen whether Miranda Maverick continues her winning run or her winning streak will be snapped by Jasmine Jasudavicius at UFC 289.
UFC is yet to announce the location and venue for this PPV event in June.
