Goff vs Gorimbo & Elder vs Sadykhov Set for Feb 18 UFC Event
According to the latest reports, two new matches have been added to the match card of the February 18 UFC Fight Night event.
The first one is the welterweight bout between two newcomers Billy Goff and Themba Gorimbo. Both these fighters are being managed by the Iridium Sports Agency. The latter confirmed this match will take place on February 18 next year by sharing a tweet.
Billy Goff had his last match at Dana White’s Contender where he earned a ticket to the promotion. On the other hand, Gorimbo is coming off a unanimous decision victory under the banner of Fury FC.
The second one is a clash between two lightweights, Nazim Sadykhov and Evan Elder. MMA Junkie was the first one to report this matchup which was later confirmed by several sources.
Nazim Sadykhov will also make his UFC debut at the Fight Night event in February next year. He is coming off a KO victory against Ahmad Hasanzada at Dana White’s Contender Series. Whereas, Evan Elder recently lost his UFC debut match against Preston Parsons at UFC Fight Night 205.
The venue & location for the February 18 UFC Fight Night event is yet to be decided, but it is likely that the promotion will announce it very soon.
