Hasim Rahman Jr vs Vitor Belfort Official for Oct 15 DAZN Event
Hasim Rahman Jr will square off against MMA veteran Vitor Belfort in a boxing match on October 15, 2022, under the “MFxDAZN: X-Series 002” series.
Rahman Jr made an appearance on the MF x DAZN London card to officially announce this bout. However, at present, it is unclear whether it will be a DAZN PPV or will be free via DAZN subscription.
Hasim Rahman Jr was scheduled to face Jake Paul earlier this month in the headliner bout of the MSG event. However, the bout was canceled.
On the other hand, Vitor Belfort was supposed to collide against De La Hoya last year. However, the latter pulled off from this bout due to Covid. Belfort then knocked out Evander Holyfield in the first round itself in an exhibition match.
Hasim Rahman Jr vs Vitor Belfort will likely serve as the co-main event of the October 15 event on DAZN. The headliner bout for this event is yet to be announced.
The X-Series is presented by KSI’s Misfits Boxing and Dazn in partnership. The first event took place this weekend which saw KSI facing two opponents in one night and defeating Swarmz and Luis Alcaraz Penada via knockouts.
