Oleksandr Usyk and Anthony Joshua will clash in a rematch for the WBA(super), WBO, and IBF Heavyweight titles on August 20, 2022.
The event will be airing from King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The rematch comes 11 months after Usyk shocked the world with a unanimous decision over Joshua at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Apart from the headline battle, there will be two title eliminator bouts on the undercard. Filip Hrgovic will face Zhilei Zhang in the Eliminator for the IBF Heavyweight World Title, with the winner becoming the #1 contender to challenge the winner between Usyk and Joshua. Callum Smith is facing Mathieu Bauderlique in the WBC Light Heavyweight Title Eliminator bout, with the winner becoming a challenger for Artur Beterbiev.
